Equality is the dirtiest word in the English language.
It is a word that has come to mean “shared misery”, not actual equality…..
According to the latest reports, a provision meant to expand the selective service draft to women will not be included in the final copy of the NDAA.
My question is what the hell made them think this was ok in the first place?
War is hell, and the less of it we have the better. Requiring that women be forced to do the bidding of a highly corrupt government is a step in the wrong direction.
A government that now fights unjust forever wars for defense corporations, oil companies, and special interests.
A government that has not won a single war since World War II, nor waged a single justified conflict in that time.
Women don’t need to be excluded from the draft, the draft needs to be excluded from America entirely, for every single citizen, for the reasons I just expressed above.
This government fights unjust wars, or provokes other nations by surrounding them with military bases, and then uses your children’s lives to pay for their follies and their aggression.
Just as they destroy wealth by printing off fake notes, they destroy peace by unduly provoking others, and then demanding that we fight ‘for the country’.

The Federalist sounded the alarm when this topic first came to light:
Efforts to draft America’s daughters for war is the perfect example of how the left’s quest for dissolving the distinctions between men and women in the name of “equality” is in fact anti-woman.
The left is doing this with little debate, under the foreboding storm clouds of an increasingly militarily strong and brazenly aggressive China determined to supplant the United States.
Talk of the draft, which the government hasn’t used since 1973, is unsettling enough, but expanding it to women, now, should alert Americans to call their representatives to state their opposition to the Drafting Daughters provision in the 2022 National Defense Authorization Act.

Politico reports that the final bill will not contain the provision:
The move is a victory for conservatives who fought to strip the provision. Earlier attempts to kill the proposal came up short because lawmakers from both parties supported including women in the draft.
Expanding Selective Service has gained momentum since all combat roles in the military were opened to women.
It’s also likely to upset Democrats who are already on edge over what may not make the cut.
