President Trump debuted the announcement of Trump Media & Technology Group 2 months ago.
During the past two months, we’ve seen increased censorship across the board.
If you try and post the truth about the COVID-19 vaccine, January 6, or the 2020 election on Twitter or Facebook, the post gets labeled as ‘misinformation.’
Many times, accounts are banned for repeatedly posting the truth.
Could President Trump’s new media group, which includes TRUTH social, be the beacon of light we need in this disinformation war?
Thankfully, it appears we may not have to wait too much longer to see for ourselves.
Yesterday, we reported that Trump Media & Technology Group received $1 billion from investors.
Today, more big news was announced that Representative Devin Nunes, R-Calif., plans to retire from Congress at the end of the year due to a job offer he couldn’t “refuse.”
Trump Media & Technology Group released a statement that Congressman Nunes has been selected to join the company as Chief Executive Officer.

In the statement from Trump Media & Technology Group, President Trump noted that Congressman Devin Nunes is a fighter and a leader.
President Trump stated that Nunes will make an excellent CEO of the media group, saying, “Devin understands that we must stop the liberal media and Big Tech from destroying the freedoms that make America great.”
Fox News also confirmed the news that Devin Nunes was stepping down due to an offer he couldn’t refuse.
Here is more from Fox News:
Fox News has confirmed that Nunes plans to leave, with a source saying the lawmaker “got a job offer that he can’t refuse” as CEO of a newly established Trump media organization.
“Trump Media & Technology Group today announced that Congressman Devin G. Nunes has been selected to join the Company as Chief Executive Officer,” the organization said in a statement. “Mr. Nunes will be leaving the U.S. House of Representatives and will begin his new role as Chief Executive Officer of TMTG in January 2022.”
Donald Trump, Chairman of TMTG, commented in the statement: “Congressman Devin Nunes is a fighter and a leader. He will make an excellent CEO of TMTG. Devin understands that we must stop the liberal media and Big Tech from destroying the freedoms that make America great.”
Republicans and Patriots seem to be cheering the move.
Congratulations to my friend @DevinNunes on his next professional chapter! Devin had a spine of steel and an unyielding commitment to fighting for the truth and the Constitution as Chairman and Republican Leader of the House Intelligence Committee. America is forever grateful.

Devin Nunes is an American patriot and his service in Congress will be remembered by his singular goal of the search for truth. Every step of the way, he was proven right.
Devin’s departure leaves a gaping hole in this institution but his dedication to our country will persist. pic.twitter.com/Zzk5get7wR

Rep. Nunes wrote a letter to his constituents today, announcing his retirement from Congress.
In it, Nunes states that he was “presented with a new opportunity to fight for the most important issues I believe in.”
I’m writing to let you know I’ve decided to pursue this opportunity, and therefore I will be leaving the House of Representatives at the end of 2021.

Of note- this email says he will retire at the end of this year, not wait until his term ends in 2022.

Nunes has been a staunch ally of President Trump while serving on the House Intelligence Committee during his administration.
The close connection Nunes has to President Trump has the Left in a frenzy over the announcement.
Instead of celebrating the announcement of a social media site that supports freedom of speech, the Left condemns anything to do with an America-first agenda.
BREAKING: Devin Nunes is fleeing from Congress at the end of the month because he would rather cash out and take a cushy gig from Trump than face our movement in a tough reelection campaign. This is now an open seat race and WE WILL WIN. Like and RT to join this movement.

Let’s be clear: Devin Nunes is retreating to Trump’s new media company because we were about to throw his corrupt ass out of office.

I think @GOPLeader meant “Devin Nunes is an American traitor and his service in congress will be remembered for his singular subservience to Trump. Every step of the way, he was proven wrong.

Devin Nunes already spends his days pushing lies and kissing Trump’s a**, he might as well get paid for it. https://t.co/MCfdQzSzCH

Hopefully, it won’t be too much longer until Trump Media & Technology Group makes its grand debut.
When the old social media sites of the past become an echo chamber for the Left, they will be forced to migrate over to President Trump’s social network if they want to continue their trolling/bot operations.
Is this checkmate for President Trump Vs. Deep State?
