We need only use our own eyes and ears to be able to tell that Joe Biden is not well.
Biden recently got his first physical exam this year, and it revealed that he does have several underlying health issues.
He did not however get a cognitive test.

How does a man who allegedly holds the highest office in the country not get a cognitive test?
Shouldn’t that be a priority?
Calls are now increasing for Biden to recieve a cognitive test, a test which President Donald Trump himself took and passed after unfounded cries from the left that he was mentally unfit for office.
The Daily Wire has more on Biden's latest physical exam:
The President has experienced increasing frequency and severity of “throat clearing” and coughing during speaking engagements. He has exhibited such symptoms for as long as I have known him, but they certainly seem to be more frequent and more pronounced over the last few months. It is acknowledged that this perception may be artificially confounded by the undeniable fact that, as President, a much greater attention is directed toward his public engagements as compared to that which he experienced in previous positions. Nevertheless, this symptom is clearly present, and warranted detailed investigation.
The President’s ambulatory gait is perceptibly stiffer and less fluid than it was a year or so ago. He has several reasonable explanations for this in his orthopedic history, but again, a detailed investigation was appropriate.
Some are concerned about the lack of information regarding Biden's health examination.
Dr. Marc Siegel talked to Fox News about his concerns over the lack of transparency on the exam:
Speaking to Fox News after examining the results of the exam, Dr. Marc Siegel, a Clinical Professor of Medicine and a practicing internist at NYU Langone Medical Center, said he has some concerns about information lacking from the report that would provide a clearer understanding of the gait issue Biden faces.
"I don't like that they ascribe his gait issues to a broken foot. First of all, why did he fall," Siegel inquired, adding that the report also "prescribes the gait problem to spondylosis."
"That's an incomplete characterization," Siegel continued, stressing the importance of understanding why Biden is facing certain health issues. "What I want to know is, where's the MRIs and where's the EMGs?
"They did a thorough neurological exam, but they also need to do a nerve conduction EMG, and they need to do an MRI of the brain and the spinal cord to try and explain where this gait problem comes from," Siegel said.
Former presidential physician Ronny Jackson also chimed in on why he thinks Biden hasn't been made to take a cognitive test yet.
He stated that officials don't want Biden taking the test because they know he will fail.
Jackson isn't the only one who is demanding Biden take the test.
Americans are increasingly frustrated with the lack of transparency about Biden's health, as well as his obvious cognitive decline.
The Washington Examiner reports that 59% of the country want him to take a cognitive test:
With a majority of likely voters believing President Joe Biden is “incompetent,” a sizable majority want him to undergo a cognitive test and release the results to the public.
In a new McLaughlin & Associates survey shared with Secrets, 59% said they want the president to take the test and release the results. Just 33% said no.
