Twix’s new commercial is bizarre on so many levels.
The commercial starts off with a little boy wearing a dress and then all of the sudden a witch visits his house and tells him that she’s his new nanny.
Next the little boy while still wearing the princess dress visits a park with his new nanny that’s a witch.
While they are at the park an older boy asks “why are you wearing a princess dress” to which the little boy responds “dressing like this makes me feel good”.
The witch then assaults the older boy and the commercial ends by saying Happy Halloween.

A 2021 Twix sponsored Halloween commercial is making the rounds on social media, receiving reactions from both ends of the spectrum.
Twitter users have taken to the platform to feedback, so let’s take a look at the ad stirring up both negative and positive opinions…
In timely Halloween theme, the nanny is dressed in dark, witch-like clothing and implies that she has magical powers. The young boy in the ad dresses in a princess gown, telling another child, “dressing like this makes me feel good.”
Towards the end of the ad, the nanny uses her powers to essentially blow away a child, who calls the little boy and herself ‘weird’.
