Ladies and gentlemen, just when I think I have seen it all, Antony Blinken opens his mouth…..
The disgraced Secretary of State seems to have either had a break with reality, or he is just trying to toe the line and protect his supposed boss Joe Biden.
Reports surfaced earlier detailing upcoming articles of impeachment against Blinken from Republicans, yet during this session of questioning Blinken seemed to do everything in his power to deflect questions.
Also, It might just be me, but he looked extremely tense and scared during his Senate testimony today…..
Rand Paul and other Senators pushed Blinken for answers about the Afghanistan disaster:
Sen. @RandPaul: "The guy the Biden administration droned: was he an aid worker or an ISIS-K operative?"
Sec. Blinken: "I don't know because we're reviewing it."
Sen. Paul: "You'd think you'd kind of know before you off somebody with a predator drone." pic.twitter.com/kGWSuTySho

When Blinken says that the decision to withdraw from Afghanistan was made in consultation with NATO, does he realize who is in NATO?
France, Germany and U.K. were quite publicly unhappy with Biden’s plans.
It is time to start telling the truth.

The Epoch Times points out:
In the same prepared speech given to the House Monday, Blinken defended the actions of the Biden administration in Afghanistan.
He began by saying that the United States had two main goals in going into Afghanistan in the first place: “bringing justice to al-Qaeda” for its role in the 9/11 terrorist attacks, and ensuring that the country could not be used as a launching point for another such terror attack. These goals, said Blinken, were “completed long ago.”
Still, Blinken indicated that the current administration felt forced into conforming with the deal made by Trump with the Taliban. Biden had two choices when he came into office and inherited this deal, Blinken said: “ending the war or escalating it.”
Sen. @RandPaul to Secretary of State Antony Blinken: "Never in my worst nightmares could I have imagined that an administration would leave $80 billion of weaponry to the Taliban." https://t.co/VlT7z8drtO pic.twitter.com/EeEj1eGnQw

Rand Paul had some scathing things to say to Blinken according to Conservative Brief:
“Well, see, you think you’d kind of know before you off somebody with a predator drone whether he‘s an aid worker or he’s an ISIS-K. See, the thing is, is this isn’t just you. This has been going on for administration after administration.
The Obama administration drone hundreds and hundreds of people. And the thing is, is, there is blowback to that. I mean, I don’t know if it’s true but I see these pictures of these beautiful children that were killed in the attack. If that’s true and not propaganda, if that’s true, guess what? Maybe you‘ve created hundreds or thousands of new potential terrorists from bombing the wrong people.
So you got to know, we can‘t sort of have an investigation after we kill people. We have an investigation before we kill people. We got plenty of bombs. We can bomb almost anything we want from anywhere in the world. Maybe we should have bombed the helicopters and the planes we left behind.
Even though you said you didn‘t know any of this and it was all surprise, once they took our stuff, we should have said you have 20 minutes to get out of it because we are going to low it up. Then you would have sent the mesage of strength. Instead we bombed somebody who we are not sure if it‘s an aid worker or an ISIS-k operative.
