Well, that didn’t take long did it?
It appears as if Lawsuits are going to be on The White House’s plate for the foreseeable future.
According to the latest reports, The RNC and prominent GOP politicians have announced lawsuits and legal action against Biden for his sweeping vaccine mandates and clear abuse of executive power.
This brings me to my next point…..why even attempt to do this?

Surely Biden and his handlers knew that there would be a parade of lawsuits, how could they not know this?
What were they trying to achieve?
Did they seriously think people were just going to lay on the ground and do what they were told?
The Biden regime seems to have a talent for making more tone deaf choices in a row than the deposed Romanov dynasty…..seriously, I find myself in awe at the stupidity of their decisions on a constant basis.
It’s one thing to make one or two bad choices in a row—Americans will forgive you, but chained together one after the other in a tone deaf symphony?
Who could possibly forgive that?
Here’s the latest on the legal pushback against Czar Biden:
‘He lied’: @GOPChairwoman has announced the RNC will sue the Biden administration over COVID-19 vaccine mandates https://t.co/eH0LSWcijE

South Dakota will stand up to defend freedom. @JoeBiden see you in court.

Biden’s vaccine mandate is an assault on private businesses.
I issued an Executive Order protecting Texans’ right to choose whether they get the COVID vaccine & added it to the special session agenda.
Texas is already working to halt this power grab.https://t.co/TwoQMhDxoM

The RNC lawsuit announcement was covered by Fox News:
Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel announced Thursday that the RNC intends to sue President Joe Biden over new COVID-19 vaccine mandates, which directly impact the private sector.
“Joe Biden told Americans when he was elected that he would not impose vaccine mandates. He lied,” McDaniel said in a statement. “Now small businesses, workers, and families across the country will pay the price.”
“Like many Americans, I am pro-vaccine and anti-mandate,” McDaniel added. “Many small businesses and workers do not have the money or legal resources to fight Biden’s unconstitutional actions and authoritarian decrees, but when his decree goes into effect, the RNC will sue the administration to protect Americans and their liberties.”
It is not the government’s role to dictate to private businesses what to do.
Once again President Biden is demonstrating his complete disregard for individual freedoms and states’ rights.
As long as I am governor, there will be no government vaccine mandates in Oklahoma.

I will pursue every legal option available to the state of Georgia to stop this blatantly unlawful overreach by the Biden administration.
— Governor Brian P. Kemp (@GovKemp) September 9, 2021
I have asked the Attorney General to stand prepared to take all actions to oppose this administration’s unconstitutional overreach of executive power. It has no place in America. Not now, and not ever.

This is Biden’s response to the incoming lawsuits as reported by The Hill:
Asked about opponents vowing to challenge the new vaccination measures, Biden replied: “Have at it.”
“I am so disappointed that particularly some Republican governors have been so cavalier with the health of these kids, so cavalier with the health of their communities,” Biden said during an appearance at a Washington, D.C., school.
“We’re playing for real here, and this isn’t a game, and I don’t know of any scientist out there in this field that doesn’t think it makes considerable sense to do the six things I’ve suggested.”
