WATCH Trump On The Woke General Milley: I Hired “A Loser”

“Loser” is an understatement.

Milley is a walking catastrophe. We seriously have a wartime general who is more focused on white fragility and the ‘problematic’ effects of cis-gendered white privilege than strategy, logistics, and the art of war.

Words cannot do justice to such a catastrophic failure.

It’s the equivalent of going to your local butcher for your favorite cut of meat, only to find out that the butcher has taken up animal rights and is now a vegetarian, yet still keeps his shop open.

Milley is the kind of man who sees no problem in leaving enough weapons behind to outfit a world-class fighting force, but gripes over the fact that we don’t have enough maternity flight suits on U.S. Air force bombers and troop transports.

All I have to say at this point is……….Trump was right:

President Trump told Greg Kelly of Newsmax:

“When he went and took that walk, and then he apologized because the radical left started getting on him, I realized I had a loser,” Trump told Wednesday’s “Greg Kelly Reports” about Milley’s apology of the walk to the church set on fire by rioters outside the White House after George Floyd was killed by a police officer in Minneapolis.

“And I paid very little respect to him. He wasn’t very good. So I am not a fan of his.”

Trump told host Greg Kelly he took a failed gamble on Milley after former Defense Secretary Jim Mattis, who was fired by Trump, had come out adamantly against Milley.

National Review also called for both the resignation of Milley and of Lloyd Austin:

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs Mark Milley and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin should resign immediately.

Press reports say that they warned Biden against a total withdrawal. If true, good for them. But so did everyone who knows something about Afghanistan and isn’t committed to liquidating “forever wars” come what may. Once Biden made the call, it was their job to ensure it didn’t devolve into an emergency with our troops in dangerously constrained circumstances and forced to wait for Americans and Afghans to make their way to them through Taliban checkpoints.

They failed — miserably. The idea that we had to send back thousands of troops to Afghanistan after pulling them out in order to mount a desperate rearguard evacuation should be indictment enough.
