NO MASKS! Texas Democrats Break Covid Rules; Fly to DC without Face Masks Against FAA Guidance

Rules for thee, but not for me?

It sure looks that way!

Democrats have been the party of pro-mask.

In fact, under the Biden regime, you still have to wear a face mask on airplanes, even after you’ve been vaccinated!

Well…

58 Texas House Democrats have appeared to break that rule.

Keep in mind…

As an American citizen, if you remove your face mask during a flight, you could be kicked off a flight.

In fact, you could even be banned from that airline.

You might even face fines in the thousands of dollars!

Yet…

These Texas Democrat politicians were able to fly to DC without masks.

The worst part?

They were taking pictures as though there was no issue!

Why do Democrat politicians think that they are above the law?

USA Today breaks down the mask rules on airplanes:

Fully vaccinated people do not have to wear masks indoors or out, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has said, but that relaxed guidance hasn’t changed how you travel through airports. Don’t forget your mask if you’re planning to fly.

On Thursday, the CDC said the risk of vaccinated people contracting the coronavirus was very low and those who are fully vaccinated no longer have to wear masks. However, it said masks should still be worn on public transportation.

“At this point the federal mask mandate for transportation sectors remains in effect,” Patricia Mancha, spokesperson for the Transportation Security Administration, said when reached by email.

President Joe Biden issued executive orders in January requiring the wearing of masks in federal buildings and on public transportation. In late April, the public transportation mandate was extended through Sept. 13.

Biden’s orders apply to anyone older than 2 years traveling through airports and on commercial planes, trains, public maritime vessels (including ferries), intercity bus services and other forms of public transportation.

Those who violate the federal mandate can face fines. The TSA can fine someone $250 for a first offense and $1,500 for repeat offenses of not wearing a mask at a security checkpoint.

Will these Texas Democrats be punished for flying without a mask?

For some reason… we doubt it.

But they should be!
