President Trump Responds To Rudy Giuliani’s Law License Being Suspended

President Trump wasn’t too happy that the state of New York suspended Rudy Giuliani’s law license for speaking out against election fraud.

In Trump’s latest press statement he expressed how Giuliani is a great American patriot and condemned the state of New York for suspending Giuliani’s law license for proving the truth behind the 2020 election.

He went on record to say “The greatest Mayor in the history of New York City, the Eliot Ness of his generation, one of the greatest crime fighters our Country has ever known, and this is what the Radical Left does to him”

Trump finished his statement by saying “Take Back America”.

The Daily Mail covered Trump’s statement and released these details:

Donald Trump suggested Rudy Giuliani is ‘untouchable’ when jumping to his defense on Thursday after the attorney’s law license was suspended by a New York appellate court for his defense of the former president’s voter fraud claims.

‘Can you believe that New York wants to strip Rudy Giuliani, a great American Patriot, of his law license because he has been fighting what has already been proven to be a Fraudulent Election?’ Trump released in a statement from his Save America political action committee email.

‘The greatest Mayor in the history of New York City, the Eliot Ness of his generation, one of the greatest crime fighters our Country has ever known, and this is what the Radical Left does to him,’ he continued.

Trump is comparing Giuliani to Eliot Ness, a Bureau of Prohibition agent in the 1920s and 30s who became famous for helping bring down infamous gangster Al Capone.

Ness also led a famous team of law enforcement agents from Chicago nicknamed The Untouchables and co-wrote an autobiography of the same name.

The New York Post had more details to add to the story:

Rudy Giuliani’s law license was temporarily suspended on Thursday by a panel of New York judges who found he made “false and misleading statements” related to voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election.

The ruling from the appeals court said there was “uncontroverted evidence” Giuliani made false statements while he was acting as legal counsel for former President Donald Trump.

“These false statements were made to improperly bolster respondent’s narrative that due to widespread voter fraud, victory in the 2020 United States presidential election was stolen from his client,” the ruling states.

“We conclude that respondent’s conduct immediately threatens the public interest and warrants interim suspension from the practice of law, pending further proceedings before the Attorney Grievance Committee,” they added.

Giuliani compared the suspension to Soviet Communism.

“It’s a complete invasion of my First Amendment rights and my rights as an attorney, I’m allowed to have a client,” Giuliani told The Post.

The radical left’s goal is to ostracize and punish anyone that is associated with Trump.
