I’ve had a LOT of people email me asking for help or forms they can use to show to their employer if they demand they get the COVID vaccine.

Great question and something I absolutely want to help with.

I’ve held off posting anything until now because I didn’t have really good information, but now I do.

I think they are great and I hope they help a lot of people.

By the way, before we even get into the forms, can anyone tell me how asking about your vaccination status or requiring you to get vaccinated is not a MASSIVE HIPAA violation?

I thought that was the point of HIPAA?

These frauds are all the same.

The rules apply as long as they penalize YOU, but the rules never apply to THEM.

Makes me furious.

Also kind of reminds me of legal liability.

We can be sued for just about anything.  Trump supporters all over the country being arrested just for being in D.C. on January 6th.

But try suing a vaccine manufacturer if you get hurt or permanently injured after taking their vaccine and guess what?  Can’t do it!

NOPE!

They have complete legal immunity.

Total BS.
