Yes, you read that headline correctly.
Reports are revealing that the Chinese military engineered mice with humanized lungs to test viruses on them right before the pandemic started.
The mice were created by using CRISPR gene-editing technology and then were used to test SARS-CoV-2 which is the same virus that led to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Vanity Fair reported that the U.S. National Security Council obtained these details but said they were dismissed when they presented this evidence to prove that the COVID-19 virus leaked from the Wuhan lab.

My friends everyday we our finding out more and more about the truth of the origins of COVID-19, and the evidence keeps pointing back that the virus was leaked and not found in a wet market.

The Daily Mail had more details to add to the store:
Medical researchers with the Chinese army engineered mice with humanized lungs in 2019 to test viruses on them, it has been reported.
The mice, developed using CRISPR gene-editing technology, were mentioned in an April 2020 study which researched their susceptibility to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes the COVID-19 illness, Vanity Fair revealed in its bombshell investigation.
Of the study’s 23 co-authors, 11 of them worked for the Academy of Military Medical Sciences, the medical research institute for the Chinese army.
Investigators with the U.S. National Security Council, researching the origins of the pandemic, determined that the mice referenced in the study were created in the summer of 2019 – just months before the emergence of the pandemic.
The National Security Council investigators also reportedly believed they had ‘uncovered important evidence’ supporting the theory that COVID-19 had leaked from a lab and began reaching out to other federal agencies, Vanity Fair reported.
‘We were dismissed. The response was very negative,’ said Anthony Ruggiero, the a senior director at the National Security Council.

The New York Post got the scoop too:
Chinese military researchers were part of a project that created mice with “humanized” lungs — apparently to test the infectiousness of various viruses, according to a blockbuster report Thursday.
The bio-engineered rodents were developed using gene-editing technology known as CRISPR and are mentioned in an April 2020 study that US government virologists flagged for National Security Council officials investigating the origin of the coronavirus, Vanity Fair said.
The study’s 23 co-authors include 11 who work for the Chinese army’s medical research institute, the Academy of Military Medical Sciences, and their project involved determining the mice’s susceptibility to the virus that causes COVID-19.
But when the NSC investigators worked backward to establish a timeline for the study, they realized that the critters were created sometime during summer 2019 — before the coronavirus pandemic exploded, according to Vanity Fair.
That discovery reportedly led NSC officials to suspect that the Chinese military was using the mice to test whether various viruses could infect humans — and that they’d uncovered evidence supporting the theory that the pandemic was the result of a lab leak.
It looks like those of us who were saying this since day one aren’t “conspiracy theorists” after all!
