AZ State Senator On Audit: Results Could Be “Legally Actionable”

Actions have consequences.

Democrats everywhere are scared of this audit, and rightly so. More and more states and counties are now following Arizona’s lead, and are starting audit procedures themselves.

We have heard time and time again from Democrats that these audits will have no legal consequences, but according to Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers, that may not be the case.

Rogers says that the results of this audit can be “legally actionable,” exactly what that means remains to be seen, but it can potentially spell a lot more trouble for Democrats.

Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers toured the floor of the Maricopa County forensic audit on Thursday, confirming that the results will probably be “legally actionable.”

Rogers, one of the most pro-America First members of the Arizona legislature, toured the Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum, where the forensic audit of Maricopa County’s 2020 election results is currently taking place, and was able to report back to her constitutents, and the rest of America, the current state of the audit on the ground.

In a series of posts on social media, Rogers revealed in detail exactly what she had seen, and was able to dispel some myths about the Maricopa audit that had been put forward by the mainstream media and Arizona Democrats.

703 precincts were condensed down to 175 precincts. Every precinct has different ballots. Thus, if your ballot was "printed on demand", then the paper in those situations could legitimately vary… but the paper should not vary for mail-in ballots.

Leftist MSNBC continued to slam the audit:

Donald Trump has been watching the utterly bonkers election “audit” in Arizona with great interest. In fact, a New York Times reporter recently noted that Trump has told people close to him that he believes the Arizona audit “could undo” the results of the 2020 presidential election.

It was against this insane backdrop that the former president issued a statement yesterday that read in part, “Arizona Republican State Senators are engendering such tremendous respect, even adoration, for the great job they are doing on the Forensic Audit of the 2020 Presidential Election Scam.”

There is no scenario in which any of that was true. On the contrary, a variety of prominent Arizona Republicans are increasingly mortified by this embarrassing fiasco.
