Biden DOJ to Obstruct Arizona Election Audit

It’s becoming abundantly clear that the democrats are getting scared over the auditing of the 2020 election taking place in  Maricopa County Arizona.

Suddenly the Biden Department of Justice is looking to not just oversee the auditing process, they are blatantly attempting to obstruct the entire operation.

The irony is palpable!

We watched throughout the 2020 election as democrat-run counties across the country manipulated the voting process. Whether it was mail-in ballots or illegally revising their own voting laws on the fly, i’s safe to say there were unsavory practices taking place.

And throughout the entire process, there wasn’t a single audit or review of any of the voting procedures.

In fact, those who were tasked with oversight of the ballot counting were locked out of the rooms.

How is the Maricopa County election audit being corrupted?

National File reports,

After a lengthy lawsuit that saw the Democrats achieve few victories in their goal of stopping the audit of the 2020 ballots in Maricopa County, Arizona, they have reached a settlement with the firm involved in the audit and the Senate Republicans that will see the firm, Cyber Ninjas, cease verifying the signatures on early voting envelopes with the signatures on file from the voter.

With only 9 days left to go before the audit is set to be completed, signature verification will cease immediately. According to the settlement, Cyber Ninjas “and their agents will not compare signatures on early ballot envelopes with signatures from the voter registration file.The Senate Defendants warrant and represent that they are not currently comparing signatures on early ballot envelopes with signatures from the voter registration file, and will notify Plaintiffs within 48hours of any decision to undertake such signature comparison and afford Plaintiffs 48 hours to respond to resolve any concerns.” Additionally, “If the parties cannot resolve the issue in a mutually agreeable manner, Plaintiffs may seek emergency injunctive and/or declaratory relief in court to seek compliance with the law.”

Just as the audit is set to come to a close the Biden DOJ is determined to corrupt the entire process. One has to ask themself, what are they scared of.

This news comes shortly after a judge refused to allow the audit to be suspended.

The Washington Examiner explains,

The 2020 election audit in Maricopa County, Arizona, is set to proceed on Friday after Democrats refused to pay a $1 million bond to halt the Republican Senate-led effort temporarily.

In accordance with a judge’s ruling, the plaintiffs who filed the suit to stop the endeavor on Thursday, including the Arizona Democratic Party and Maricopa County Supervisor Steve Gallardo, were required to provide a $1 million bond by 5 p.m. local time to protect the audit team, including Cyber Ninjas, from financial losses.

This would have put the review of voting machines, 2.1 million ballots, and other election materials, which has the backing of former President Donald Trump, on hold at 5 p.m. local time until Monday at noon.

But before the 5 p.m. deadline, the Democrats announced they would not put up the “laughable” $1 million bond, citing a “lack of transparency” about the cost of the audit.

“The Arizona Democratic Party will not risk our supporters’ hard-earned dollars to pay off the Cyber Ninjas for a procedure they are billing Arizona taxpayers to the tune of $150,000,” Arizona Democratic Party Chairwoman Raquel Teran said in a statement Friday evening.

The Democrats also called on Gov. Doug Ducey and Attorney General Mark Brnovich to “put an end” to the audit, claiming it was pertinent to defending “our election systems from conspiracy theorists.”

Kelli Ward, the chairwoman of the Arizona Republican Party, declared the audit will continue over the weekend “uninterrupted.”

Our President Donald Trump put it best when referring to the Democrats’ sad pathetic attempts to bring down the audit in Arizona.

“Over 100 Democrat lawyers were sent to fight against this audit,” he continued. “The results will be very interesting for the USA and the World to see!”

“Why are the Democrats fighting so hard to hide the facts?” Trump added. “I know why, and so does everyone else.”

We need to win this fight in Arizona as this is the tipping point to waking up the American people to what really took place during the 2020 election.
