These lawsuits just keep dropping like flies don’t they?

President Trump may just be the most vilified and targeted President in U.S. history. None of these lawsuits stuck, but that didn’t stop the mob of TDS patients from taking a stab at #45.

Why are Democrats so hung up on his finances, yet they will do ANYTHING to prevent an audit into the 2020 election?

Why don’t they demand looking into the finances of John Kerry? What about actually pursuing the facts into The Hunter Biden case?

The only thing President Trump is guilty of is serving his country faithfully for 4 years and counting.

The truth is slowly coming out about everything, and time will prove us right.

Here is more on the story:

Conservative Brief came through with the details:

The U.S. Supreme Court has halted lawsuits from Democrats that accused Donald Trump of violating the U.S. Constitution’s anti-corruption provisions by maintaining ownership of his business empire including a hotel near the White House while in office.

The justices threw out lower court rulings that had allowed the lawsuits – one filed by the District of Columbia and the state of Maryland and the other by plaintiffs including a watchdog group – to proceed, while also declining to hear Trump’s appeals of those decisions.

The justices ordered the lower courts to dismiss the cases because they are now moot.

The plaintiffs accused Trump of running afoul of the Constitution’s “emoluments” provisions that bar presidents from accepting gifts or payments from foreign and state governments without congressional approval.

Reuters originally published this on the Democrat case for DJT's finances:

The justices without comment rebuffed Trump’s request to put on hold an Oct. 7 lower court ruling directing the Republican businessman-turned-politician’s longtime accounting firm, Mazars USA, to comply with a subpoena to turn over the materials to a grand jury convened by Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance, a Democrat.

“The work continues,” Vance said in a statement issued after the court’s action.

Trump issued a statement describing Vance’s investigation as part of “the greatest political witch hunt in the history of our country,” accusing New York Democrats of expending their energy on taking down a political opponent instead of tackling violent crimes.

“That’s fascism, not justice - and that is exactly what they are trying to do with respect to me, except that the people of our Country won’t stand for it,” Trump added.
