Out with the old and in with new!
Since President Trump has become the leader of the Republican party several “Never Trumper Senators” have suddenly “retired” or have decided not to run for reelection.
GOP Sen. Rob Portman of Ohio, Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania, Richard Shelby of Alabama, Richard Burr of North Carolina and Roy Blunt of Missouri have all decided to not run for reelection.
Senator Portman and Blunt have been known as RINOS while in office for awhile now and both Burr and Toomey won’t be missed either after the decided to vote to impeach President Trump.

Are they retiring because of their old age or do they already know that they will lose in the upcoming primaries.
I think the latter.
Politico got the full scoop and dropped these details:
Sen. Roy Blunt of Missouri announced on Monday that he will not run for reelection in 2022, a surprise decision from the No. 4 GOP leader that comes amid a slew of retirements from top Senate Republicans.
Blunt, who was first elected to the Senate in 2010 and previously served for 14 years in the House, is the fifth Republican this cycle to announce his retirement. His decision is certain to set off a messy GOP primary in a state where former President Donald Trump remains popular.
In announcing his retirement, Blunt joins GOP Sens. Rob Portman of Ohio, Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania, Richard Shelby of Alabama and Richard Burr of North Carolina, all of whom opted against seeking reelection in 2022. Sens. Chuck Grassley of Iowa and Ron Johnson of Wisconsin have yet to reveal their plans.
The GOP is getting a whole new make over!
Praise the Lord RINO Roy Blunt won’t seek re-election in 2022.

CNN covered the story too:
Sen. Roy Blunt of Missouri, a member of GOP leadership, announced Monday that he will not run for reelection, the latest Republican senator to announce he’s not running next year.
The unexpected announcement marks the latest decision not to seek reelection by a pragmatic GOP senator willing to reach across the aisle in the post-Trump era as the Republican Party grapples with its future.
GOP Sens. Rob Portman of Ohio, Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania, Richard Shelby of Alabama and Richard Burr of North Carolina have all indicated they do not intend to run for reelection. So far, no Senate Democrats up for reelection in 2022 have announced plans to retire.
These “retirements” won’t be surprising Trump, I’m sure he has already the perfect replacement for these RINOS.
