F**K You!

These were reportedly the words The Arizona State Senate received from the board at Maricopa county in response to their ongoing probe of election integrity in Maricopa county.

Well, The Arizona State Senate won’t stand for it, and has now changed the law; the Arizona senate has given itself the power to subpoena Maricopa county records, voting machines etc.

I can’t blame them for doing this!

The Maricopa County Board needs to stop playing games.

Take a look:

The Arizona Mirror reported:

On a party-line 16-14 vote, the Senate passed Senate Bill 1408. The proposal, sponsored by Sen. Warren Petersen, R-Gilbert, would give the legislature the express authority to subpoena ballots, election equipment and information from counties, and explicitly states that the legislature has the authority to investigate any matter — and to ignore all other laws in the process.

Petersen introduced the legislation amid a battle between Republican Senate leaders and Maricopa County over the attempt by GOP senators to audit the 2020 general election.

Senate President Karen Fann and Petersen, who chairs the Judiciary Committee, have issued subpoenas to Maricopa County demanding that it turn over 2.1 million ballots, ballot tabulation machines and other materials and data from the November election. Those subpoenas came as some Republican senators demanded an audit in response to baseless allegations and discredited conspiracy theories spread by former President Donald Trump and many of his supporters.

The Gateway Pundit had more on the story:

As we’ve reported previously, after being subpoenaed by the Arizona Senate and then suing the Senate to prevent a Senate audit of their 2020 election results, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS) agreed to have an audit if they could pick the auditors. The two firms they picked they claimed were the only two who were certified by the governmental body the US Election Assistance Commission (EAC). However, we found that these firms were not certified at the time they were selected by the MCBOS:

This is probably why these audits were set up the way they were (so no fraud would be identified). The auditors came to Phoenix and performed their work and some patriots found out that they could be observed on cameras in the facility where they were doing the work. These patriots watched and even sent a couple of individuals down to the center to check things out late one night. These individuals were greeted with a network that was labeled “f##k you”.
