I can’t even right now….

Since when does the President of any country get up and straight up announce to the rest of the world he will not put his countries interests ahead of their own?

This is like the C.E.O. of a corporation getting on Bloomberg to tell other corporations that their interests are #1.

Honestly, I am speechless. I mean what more needs to be said?

We all knew this guy was in the pockets of The CCP, and just about everyone else in the world, but politicians usually at least lie about these things or try to hide them.

Today the shame is on full display for the world to see.

Here is what people are saying:

The New York Post reported more on the story:

President Biden made his international debut Friday with a speech at the G-7 summit declaring the end of former President Donald Trump’s “America first” era.

Administration officials previewed Biden’s virtual speech, which was closed to the press, saying he would touch on the coronavirus pandemic, the climate crisis, and unveil his plans to dramatically reshape the US foreign policy agenda.

“Now he will get the opportunity as president of the United States early in his term to declare that America is back and the trans-Atlantic alliance is back,” one official said Thursday evening.

“He will look forward to driving home the core proposition that the trans-Atlantic alliance is a cornerstone for American engagement in the world in the 21st century, just as it was in the 20th.”

The Associated Press had more:

Collective sighs of relief could be heard from many European capitals Saturday after U.S. President Joe Biden made clear in his first major foreign policy address since taking office that he rejected the “America First” and transactional approach of his predecessor and urged cooperation among Western allies.

At the same time, politicians and observers cautioned that some of the sources of tension from Donald Trump’s presidency remained and that the allies have serious work ahead of them, once Biden’s honeymoon is over.

“Biden gave exactly the speech that many Europeans wanted to hear - an America that pats you on the shoulders, that doesn’t criticize or demand,” wrote Germany’s influential Der Spiegel magazine after Biden on Friday became the first American president to appear at the Munich Security Conference, albeit in virtual form.
