Cuomo Threatens Lawmaker Over Nursing Home Scandal: “You Will Be Destroyed”

Gov. Andrew Cuomo is getting exposed more and more each day.

In a private phone call Gov. Andrew Cuomo told lawmaker Ron Kim “I will destroy you”.

Cuomo’s rage didn’t stop there he also was quoted saying “you haven’t seen my wrath” and asked Kim to cover up his Nursing Home Death scandal.

Kim’s uncle died from Covid-19 while staying at a Nursing Home and ever since then the lawmaker has been adament on speaking out against Cuomo’s sadistic decision to put Covid patients in Nursing Homes.

The New York Post broke the story see what they had to report:

A state lawmaker from Queens says a spitting-mad Gov. Andrew Cuomo threatened to “destroy” him if he didn’t help contain the damage over the Cuomo administration’s cover-up of nursing home resident COVID-19 deaths.

Assemblyman Ron Kim  — whose uncle died of the coronavirus in a nursing home — said Wednesday that  he got a phone call from the fellow-Democrat governor on the night of Feb. 11 that quickly turned dark, with Cuomo ultimately warning, “You have not seen my wrath.”

The call came shortly after The Post exclusively reported how Secretary to the Governor Melissa DeRosa admitted on a conference call with lawmakers that Cuomo’s administration withheld the true death toll among nursing home residents for fear it would be “used against us” by federal prosecutors.

Fox News covered the story too:

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Wednesday accused Democratic State Assemblyman Ron Kim of lying to the media about what transpired during a heated phone call last week in which the governor allegedly threatened to “destroy” Kim over his remarks on the state’s nursing home scandal.

Kim said Cuomo made the threat hours after the New York Post reported one of the governor’s top aides admitted during a private call that his administration withheld data because they worried it could be “used against us” in a federal probe. In response to the report last Thursday, Kim said the aide’s remarks sounded “like they admitted that they were trying to dodge having any incriminating evidence.”

Hours after Kim’s comment was published, the assemblyman received a phone call from Cuomo, who reportedly threatened to tarnish his reputation unless he walked back the claim in a new statement. But Rich Azzopardi, a senior advisor to Cuomo, said Kim is “lying” about the conversation.
