Absolutely everything has to be politically correct.
Even our prayers.
The 117th Congress was sworn in on Sunday, but it opened up in a prayer that strangely ended in “Amen” and “A woman”.
Amen literally means “so be it” and originally comes from the ancient Hebrew language but Dems seem to think it’s offensive.
Just watch the prayer yourself:
Dems open congress with a prayer that ends “amen and awoman.” Amen is a Latin word that means “truly” or “so be it.” Awoman is a nonsense word that means nothing. Dems find a way to make everything stupid and nonsensical. Utter clowns, all of them.

Many people flooded Twitter and showed their disgust towards Rep. Emanuel Cleaver’s prayer:

The prayer to open the 117th Congress ended with "amen and a-women."
Amen is Latin for "so be it."
It's not a gendered word.
Unfortunately, facts are irrelevant to progressives. Unbelievable. pic.twitter.com/FvZ0lLMDDr

Can you believe this?
The prayer was not made at some liberal fundraising dinner but in the United States Congress!
What a disgrace!
A whole new level of stupid. Amen and Awoman 😂😂😂 https://t.co/cG2jXWTHrF

This is 'woke' gone too far isn't it?
Is this for real….
'amen' and 'awoman'
?🤣?
Two completely different derivations for 'amen' and 'man'
Latter is from Proto-Germanic *mann- "person" whilst former is a word of Biblical Hebrew origin. No connection with man/woman. https://t.co/twBNppjdzz— Ian John (@inacentre) January 4, 2021
The woke crowd has gone too far.
Leftists are trying to make us pray politically correct now.
