Just In: PA Judge Orders Halt To Election Certification

Friends this is huge news.

Just a day after Democrat Gov. Tom Wolf said he certified the election results, an appeals court judge from Pennysalvnia halted the election certification.

Republican Commonwealth Court Judge Patricia McCullough,  issued the order and set a hearing as soon as Friday.

This is a huge win for the Trump campaign and just goes to show Democrat Governors must obey the United States Justice system.

Fox News covered the Judge’s decision and dropped these details:

A Pennsylvania state court issued an injunction Wednesday blocking any potential further certification of election results in the state, pending a hearing to be held Friday.

The order from Judge Patricia McCullough comes in the case brought by Pennsylvania voters including Rep. Mike Kelly, R-Pa., in which they allege that a state law allowing for no-excuse absentee voting violated the Pennsylvania constitution, which outlines specific cases where absentee voting is allowed.

“[T]o the extent that there remains any further action to perfect the certification of the results of the 2020 General Election … for the office of President and Vice President of the United States of America, Respondents are preliminarily enjoined from doing so, pending an evidentiary hearing[,]’” McCullough wrote.

ABC 6 News covered the story also:

A Pennsylvania appeals court judge ordered state officials on Wednesday to halt any further steps toward certifying election results, a day after Gov. Tom Wolf said he had certified Democrat Joe Biden as the winner of the presidential election in Pennsylvania.

Wolf’s administration quickly asked the state Supreme Court to block the ruling from taking effect, saying there was no “conceivable justification” for it.

Commonwealth Court Judge Patricia McCullough, a Republican, had issued the order and set a hearing for Friday. It wasn’t immediately clear if she intended to hold up the certification of state and local contests on the ballot or interrupt the scheduled Dec. 14 meeting of the state’s 20 electors.

This is a big win for the Trump campaign and just goes to show Gov. Wolf jumped the gun by certifying the election while lawsuits are still being decided.

Things are starting to take a turn quickly.
