That a working, safe COVID vaccine will become available due to the hard work of President Trump.
Chris Wallace asked Biden if he, Kamala Harris, and their campaign have been stoking fear that any COVID vaccine developed under the Trump admininistration won’t be safe.
And Biden completely fumbles it!
He simultaneously says to believe the scientists, but also not to trust them.

It would be Biden's dream if a working vaccine didn't come along with Trump as President.
He wants to make it seem as if he cares about people who have died from COVID, but his fear-mongering over any vaccines will cause unnecessary deaths.
