The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel covered Pence’s speech and had these comments to add:
Vice President Mike Pence touched down Monday in western Wisconsin to tout Americaās workforce as Democratic vice presidential nominee Kamala Harris spentĀ Labor Day touring a union training site in Milwaukee.
Pence used his stop at Dairyland Power Cooperative in La Crosse to promote the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement that replaced the North American Free Trade Agreement. He noted Harris, a senator from California,Ā voted against it.
“I heard that Joe Biden’s running mate is in Milwaukee today,” he said. “But dairy farmers in Wisconsin deserve to know that Sen. Kamala Harris is one of only ten senators to vote against the USMCA. She said it didnāt go far enough on climate change.
“‘Now, here at Dairyland Power, you deserve to knowĀ Sen. Harris put their radical environmental agenda ahead of Wisconsin dairy and ahead of Wisconsin power. But under President Donald Trump we will always put Wisconsin farmers, Wisconsin businesses and Wisconsin families first.”
Weāre honored to have @VP in Wisconsin once again! Last weekās jobs report is proof positive that a Trump-Pence Administration is best suited to lead the Great American Comeback. pic.twitter.com/jPP2GknhGn

The story was also covered by the New York Times:
Standing before a group of employees at a regional utility company, Mr. Pence trumpeted the administrationās work on behalf of dairy farmers, claimed credit for the stateās booming economy before the coronavirus crisis and repeatedly attacked Mr. Biden and Ms. Harris by name.
Noting that Ms. Harris was one of only 10 senators to oppose the renegotiated North American free trade pact, because it did not do enough to address climate change, the vice president argued that she had put a āradical environmental agenda ahead of Wisconsin dairy and ahead of Wisconsin power.ā
Mr. Pence used the start of his speech to claim that Mr. Biden would perpetuate āpolicies that have literally led to violence in our major American cities,ā reprising the Republican attack line that Democrats would preside over a dangerous, lawless nation.
Mr. Pence also scorned Mr. Biden for not criticizing Democratic mayors or mentioning the far-left group Antifa by name in his condemnations of violence.
Vice President has time after time showed 100% support towards our President.
Pence knows campaigning is not about him being recognized and praised but the goal is to Make America Great Again!
