Just when you thought the media couldn't get any lower…

An MSNBC host asked a black Trump supporter if he is PAID to support Donald J. Trump!

Representative Vernon Jones, a Democrat, has come out as an extremely vocal pro-Trump politician from Georgia. He sees what's happening in the country and is speaking out against it.

MSNBC anchor Craig Melvin appeared to suggest that Jones only likes Trump because he is "paid" to do so.

Wow.

We shouldn't be surprised that comments like this are coming from a party whose candidate said "you ain't black" if you support President Trump.

You won't want to miss Jones' epic comeback to MSNBC's Melvin below:

After the TV interview, Vernon Jones took to Twitter to fight back even more against the fake news!

He confirmed his staunch and genuine support for President Trump and recommitted to fighting for Trump's reelection!

Can you imagine if Fox News asked the same question of a white voter supporting Barack Obama?

There would be outrage across the nation.

Yet Democrats and the media are able to get away with harrassing black Trump supporters!

The Hill has more details on MSNBC's contentious interview:

MSNBC anchor Craig Melvin asked Georgia state legislator Vernon Jones (D) if he supports President Trump only because he's "being compensated," leading to a fiery response from Jones in an interview that aired on the network Wednesday morning.

Jones joined Melvin on MSNBC, where the discussion quickly went off the rails.

"Are you a paid campaign surrogate? Are you being compensated?" Melvin asked Jones.

"Let me be clear. You get paid to shape a liberal narrative. You get paid to attack this president," Jones fired back. "I don’t get a dime for this president. I don’t get a dime from the campaign. Everything I’ve done has been me and based on my principles. See, that’s the problem. When an African American —"

"Sir, I did not raise your race," Melvin contended.

"Let me finish. Let me finish now. Let me finish," Jones retorted.

"No, no, wait. Whoa, whoa, whoa. You’re not going to imply that I asked that question because you’re Black," Melvin insisted.

"So don’t ask me that. You only ask me that because I don’t fit your narrative. I don’t want anything from this president," Jones said.

"It’s what I can do for my country and you need to accept that many other African Americans and others support this president because of his policies. And to insult me to say am I getting paid ... that is disgraceful and that’s representative of MSNBC and their narrative to keep Blacks silent who happen to support this president," Jones said.

"Why can’t I be like white liberals or other whites, nobody question if they’re getting paid. So do you ask Democrats are they getting paid? Are you getting paid by Joe Biden? Have you ever asked any host —"

"I have," Melvin said.

"Whether they have been paid by Joe Biden? I haven't heard," Jones replied.

"State Representative Jones. Thank you. Do come back. It's an open invitation," Melvin said after some crosstalk.

"I'd like to come back," Jones replied.

No one needs to be paid to support President Trump.

Trump's record speaks for itself. Prior to the pandemic, blacks, hispanics, and Asian Americans all experienced the lowest recorded unemployment rate... in HISTORY.

The president passed prison reform as well as acknowledged historically black colleges.

People who think for themselves can clearly see all the accomplishments of President Trump!

This isn't the first time MSNBC has grilled black Trump supporters. See the clip below:

Democrats are lecturing us on getting passed racism, yet they are singling out black Trump supporters due to their race.

Is that not a form of prejudice?

Fox News confirms that Vernon Jones was extremely offended by the MSNBC's loaded question itself:

Democratic Georgia Rep. Vernon Jones told MSNBC anchor Craig Melvin that he is “paid to shape a liberal narrative” during a heated interview on Wednesday in which the lawmaker took exception to a question about whether or not he’s compensated to support President Trump.

Jones, who a member of Black Voices for Trump Advisory Board, was asked by MSNBC anchor Craig Melvin if he is paid to support Trump as a Democrat.

"Are you a paid campaign surrogate? Are you being compensated?" Melvin bluntly asked.

“Let me be clear. You get paid to shape a liberal narrative. You get paid to attack this president,” Jones shot back. "I don’t get a dime for this president. I don’t get a dime from the campaign. Everything I’ve done has been me and based on my principles.”

Jones then started to discuss how African Americans are expected to oppose Trump but Melvin cut him off. “Sir, I did not raise your race,” Melvin said as bickering intensified.

“Let me finish now. Let me finish,” Jones said.

[...]

Melvin then quickly ended the interview.

MSNBC did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

While the fake news enjoys tormenting Trump supporters, they are recreating the circumstances that led to Trump's sweeping victory in 2016.

They view themselves as the "elite," but are President Trump has frequently said on the campaign trail, YOU, the American people, YOU are the true elite!
