In less than 1 week, the BLM mural in front of Trump tower has been vandalized at least 3 times.
In the latest incident, two women were arrested for splattering black paint all over the yellow mural.
It has also been confirmed that at least 1 NYPD officer was injured while trying to arrest the women.
While the media and Democratic leaders like to pretend that only white conservatives question the BLM movement, this simply isn't the case.
The video clearly suggests that both women destroying the mural are black.
She was screaming "Refund the police!" instead of the far-left "defund the police."
By bowing to radical mobs, far left leaders have moved to defund police departments. This hurts black communities and other communities where crime is prevelant.
Now, minorities are beginning to fight back… and appear to be doing so on the conservative side!
More details below:
This isn't the first time that the BLM mural in front of Trump tower has been defaced.
On Friday, 3 people were caught pouring blue paint all over it.
In this latest incident, two black women were caught pouring black paint all over the yellow words.
Fox News confirms the incident:
A New York City police officer was injured Saturday while arresting vandals who were smearing paint on a “Black Lives Matter” street mural outside Trump Tower.
Two women were arrested after police said they dumped cans of black paint on the block-long mural on Manhattan’s Fifth Avenue.
It marked the third such act of vandalism targeting the street art since Mayor Bill de Blasio helped paint the mural in front of President Trump’s namesake tower on July 9.
Bystanders shot video of the chaotic scene showing police surrounding a Black woman as she used her hands to spread paint on the mural's bright yellow letters.
“Refund the police," the woman screamed. “Jesus matters! We will never support Black Lives Matters!”
One of the officers surrounding the woman slipped on the paint and fell to the ground, injuring his head and arm, police said. He was listed in stable condition at Bellevue Hospital.
“Thankfully our brother will be OK, but this nonsense needs to stop,” the Police Benevolent Association, the city’s largest police union, wrote on Twitter. “Our city is in crisis. Paint on the street helps no one.”
The women’s names and information on possible charges against them weren't immediately available.
The incident happened less than 24 hours after three people were caught on video Friday dumping blue paint on the mural. They were arrested, charged with criminal mischief and released with an order to appear in court.
Democrats and their allies in the media like to portray black voters as a monolithic voting block.
The reality, however, is that Trump is working to increase his support among minority voters like never before.
Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, unemployment rates for blacks, hispanics, and Asian Americans were at historic lows.
Even as the virus rages on, the economy is showing signs of a v-shape recovery, which will help all workers, especially minorities.
There were at least 10 cans of paint that were brought to the scene.
It is currently unclear how many cans of paint were successfully poured onto the mural.
The NY Daily News confirms the story:
Two women were arrested Saturday afternoon for smearing black paint across the “Black Lives Matter” mural outside Trump Tower, with a city cop injured after he slipped while grabbing one of the suspects, police said.
The chaotic scene — the third attack by vandals targeting the Midtown street art in a week — began around 3 p.m. when a car carrying four women and 10 cans of paint arrived at the Fifth Ave. site, according to witness/street artist Nina Khan and a photo of the vehicle.
A video captured one of the two Black women involved in the incident pouring paint on the street, then getting down on her knees and using gloved hands to spread paint across the mural.
“Refund the police!” the woman shouted as the cops moved in and an angry eyewitness shouted obscenities at her. “Refund the police! Jesus matters! Jesus matters! We will never support Black Lives Matter!”
One of the officers slipped and fell in the wet paint — loudly thumping his shoulder and head on the pavement, the video showed. The scene later degenerated into a confrontation between supporters and opponents of President Trump.
“My whole body was shaking,” said Khan, who recorded 10 minutes of video. “It was very intense. I didn’t want the police to get hurt. I didn’t want anyone to get hurt.”
NYC is a deep blue city that overwhelmingly went for Hillary Clinton in 2016.
If Trump supporters in NYC are brave enough to do this and to stand up against radical leftists, then it is clear that there are millions of uncounted "silent" Trump supporters across the nation.
Currently, the media is portraying Trump as the underdog heading into November.
But it may turn out to be that Trump is able to pull off another historic surprise upset!
