Kathy Griffin Doubles Down On Calling for Trump’s Death: “I SURE DID, F*CKER”; Twitter Account SUSPENDED; Trump Supporters Enraged

Trump Derangement Syndrome is real folks.

It's dangerous.

And its hateful.

Kathy Griffin has DOUBLED DOWN on her statements suggesting that Trump should take an injection from a "syringe with nothing but air inside it."

The outcry was swift.

She quickly generated headlines (probably her goal) as well as intense amounts of backlash online.

But as the backlash has grown, Griffin has appeared to dig in her heels in calling for Trump's death.

She defensively tweeted:

I SURE DID, F*CKER! #TrumpLiedPeopleDied

See her disgusting tweet below:

By the way, Kathy, what exactly did President Trump lie about?

He secured the border with China even as the Democrats were focused on impeaching him?

He warned about the Chinese virus during the State of the Union speech, which Nancy Pelosi tore up.

President Trump initiated "15 Days to Slow the Spread of the Virus" long before many states implemented draconian lockdown orders.

Below are some examples of the (well-deserved) backlash Kathy Griffin received for wishing death on the president:

While most sensible humans would apologize for such callous comments, Kathy Griffin has chosen to DOUBLE DOWN on her comments.

According to New York Daily News:

When it comes to whether President Trump should take insulin for diabetes, Kathy Griffin has the answer.

The Emmy and Grammy Award winning comedian took to social media to suggest a potentially lethal procedure in reaction to CNN White House correspondent Jim Acosta’s tweet about Trump asking whether he should be given an insulin regimen at a White House diabetes event Tuesday.

"Syringe with nothing but air inside it would do the trick,” Griffin wrote, adding, “F--- TRUMP.”

Air injected into the body’s bloodstream through syringes or IVs can cause air embolisms and be fatal.

Almost instantly, users on the platform remarked how the “Life on the D-List” star should expect another visit from the Secret Service because her tweet could be viewed as a direct threat against POTUS.

It wouldn’t be new territory for the feisty funnywoman, who came under fire in 2017 after tweeting an image of herself and what looked like the bloodied head of the caustic commander-in-chief.

Now, news is breaking that Kathy Griffin's Twitter account has been SUSPENDED for threatening and inciting violence against the President of the United States.

Furthermore, the Secret Service is aware of Griffin's threats.

Can you imagine the outcry if a conservative comedian made the same comments towards Obama?

The media would be covering it nonstop!

Now, new reports have surfaced that Kathy Griffin has been temporarily suspended from Twitter.

Though her Twitter account is still public, the reports suggest that Griffin must delete the offending tweet before being able to use her account again.

The Washington Examiner reports that this development comes directly from a Twitter spokesperson:

Comedienne Kathy Griffin must delete her tweets calling for violence against President Trump or get stuck in Twitter jail.

A Twitter spokeswoman confirmed to the Washington Examiner on Wednesday that Griffin's initial tweet, advocating for somebody to plunge an air-filled syringe into Trump, violates company rules on abusive behavior.

"We've required the account owner to delete it before continuing back to Twitter," the spokeswoman said in an email.

On Tuesday, Griffin tweeted about plunging a syringe "with nothing but air inside it" into Trump in reaction to a tweet from CNN White House correspondent Jim Acosta that noted how the president pondered whether he should be given an insulin regimen at a White House diabetes event.

"It would do the trick," she said, before adding, "F--- TRUMP."

In medical procedures, air accidentally injected into the body's bloodstream through syringes or IVs can cause air embolisms, which can be fatal.

In response to a Washington Examiner tweet for its report on her tweet, which noted that stabbing someone with a syringe filled with air could be fatal, Griffin said she "sure did" advocate for the president to be stabbed with such a device.

Griffin ended her quote tweet with "#TrumpLiedPeopleDied," a common social media hashtag used by the president's critics blaming him for a poor response to the coronavirus pandemic, which has been tied to nearly 100,000 deaths in the United States.

The Washington Examiner also reached out to the Secret Service about Griffin's tweets but has not yet been given a response.

Twitter had been facing mounting pressure to take action against Griffin, including from Trump's eldest son, Donald Trump Jr. He took aim at Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey, saying the company had "no problem with Dems making death threats" against his father. This happened as the president and his allies have castigated the social media platform for putting a fact-checking label on two of his tweets about mail-in voting on Tuesday.

Though Trump has improved life for ALL Americans, many Democrats have continued to wish violence upon the first family.

It's sad that instead of seeking unity and understanding, Democrats are choosing to sow diviseness, anger, and hatred.

If anything "good" has come from this, it's that the public can see the Democrats' true colors.
