Though Joe Biden’s son – the same one the whole Ukraine controversy is focused on since Hunter took out over $80K per month as a salary while sititng in prominent position at a Ukrainian energy firm – denies that Roberts’ baby is his publicly, Roberts says this is a lie.
She is suing to establish the paternity of the child and to receive child support along with health insurance and legal fees.

An Arkansas woman suing former Vice President Joe Biden‘s son Hunter Biden for paternity and child support has now claimed that Hunter admitted to her they had a child together last year — even as he denies it publicly.
Her latest allegation was made in a Monday motion, reviewed by PEOPLE, seeking to compel Hunter to submit DNA for testing to prove he is the child’s father.
Hunter, 49, has denied the woman’s accusations. A spokesman for him had no further comment on the latest filing.
The younger son of Vice President Biden, Hunter was sued by Lunden Roberts in late May in Independence County. She asked the court to confirm her child’s paternity and order Hunter to pay child support, including health care costs, according to a copy of the petition obtained by PEOPLE.
In a brief answer to the suit filed in August, Hunter, 49, denied all of the allegations made against him.
Roberts’ suit stated only that she and Hunter “were in a relationship” and had a child born last August in Independence County. The child was not further identified.
Roberts “really values her privacy,” her attorney, Clint Lancaster, previously told the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. “This is a parenting and child support issue between her and Mr. Biden,” he said.
“She really does not want this to be a media spectacle,” Lancaster said. “She does not want this to affect Joe Biden’s campaign. She just wants this baby to get financial support from the baby’s father.”
Roberts said she met Biden while she was a student at George Washington University, according to the Democrat-Gazette.

But in court papers filed on Monday, Roberts claims Hunter directly admitted to her that he is the father, but denies it publicly, as she demands again for Hunter to take a paternity test.
Her claim comes as Hunter faces intense scrutiny over his shady business dealings in Ukraine and whether or not his father Joe Biden, then vice president, used his influence to avoid his son's prosecution.
In her lawsuit, filed on May 28, Roberts said she and her baby are living in Independence County, Arkansas, which includes both Batesville and Southside.
She said her child was born in August last year. She referred to the infant, now 10 months old, as 'Baby Doe' and did not say whether it is a boy or girl.
She asked the court to 'establish paternity of the child, finding that (Biden) is the child's biological father.'
She also asked the court to order Biden to pay child support and health insurance for the child.
Her friends and family held a baby shower for her shortly before she gave birth.
Roberts, who lived in Washington, D.C. for two years where she studied at George Washington University, has refused to comment on her relationship with Hunter, who is more than 20 years her senior.
A man at her family's isolated home in Southside, a town just outside Batesville, Arkansas, refused to speak, telling DailyMail.com: 'There's no story here.
'I don't mean to be rude but you have to leave.'
Her attorney Clinton Lancaster did not return calls from DailyMail.com. He told The Arkansas Democrat Gazette that Roberts wants to be left alone but he confirmed she is seeking money from the former vice-president's son.

Hunter Biden has not yet been served with papers but Roberts said in a petition filed in Independence County court on May 28 that she and the former vice president’s son “were in a relationship” and “Baby Doe” was born last August “as a result of that relationship,” the Democrat-Gazette reported.
The petition does mention how they supposedly met or any other details. No court date has been set.
“We have been in contact with Hunter Biden’s attorney. We have attempted to work with Hunter and his attorney to settle this issue but that has not been successful. We are attempting to serve Mr. Biden,” Roberts’ attorney Clint Lancaster told the Democrat-Gazette.

Lunden Roberts declined to comment on her ties to Biden. “She really values her privacy,” her attorney told the Democrat-Gazette. The petition asks the court to establish that Biden is the baby’s biological father and seeks child support and health insurance for her infant, according to the report.
Roberts also asked for out-of-pocket health expenses to be evenly divided and also asked for fees, costs and “all other just and proper relief.”
“This is a parenting and child support issue between her and Mr. Biden,” Lancaster told the Democrat-Gazette.
“She really does not want this to be a media spectacle. She does not want this to affect Joe Biden’s campaign. She just wants this baby to get financial support from the baby’s father,” he added.
