As the worries about President Trump releasing his call transcript with the Ukrainian president – namely that doing so could lead to a slippery slope where all conversations between presidents and foreign leaders could be requested to be released to the public – come to fruition now that Adam Schiff wants Trump’s call transcripts with Putin released, too, alternative voices to the mainstream narrative are speaking out to tell a different story about Democrat motives.
For instance, Dan Bongino, when asked about this in an appearance on Fox & Friends, chalked it up to Democrats “panicking because the IG report’s about to come out, which is about to expose a massive government spying operation against Donald Trump… in collusion with foreign governments!”
Bongino gave a second reason for Democrat panic, because “what the Obama administration did is 1,000 times worse than what they’re alleging Donald Trump did.”

“The first job of the president right now is to protect the presidency,” Bongino said. “The White House counsel and others have to draw the line. This is one of the sleaziest members of Congress, Adam Schiff. He went in front of the American people in a public hearing where people could look at a public transcript and literally lied about it, and then tried to cover his tracks.”
