I keep telling you, buckle up and grab your popcorn because it’s about to get REAL good!
We have some major moments coming up that are going to break everything wide open in favor of the good guys.
Those are the upcoming release of the Huber Report (which many people don’t even know about), the FISA Declass (coming soon!) and now there’s one more to add to the list….the James Comey report.
That’s according to Joe diGenova, former U.S. District Attorney, who went on Fox News and told Mike Huckabee there’s a major report coming on James Comey that most people either don’t know about or have forgotten about.
But make no mistake, he says, it’s coming!
Here’s more:
The Washington Examiner had more:
A "bombshell" report on former FBI Director James Comey is coming out in two weeks, attorney Joe diGenova said on Wednesday.
He made the declaration during a Fox News panel discussion on alleged government surveillance abuse.
"The Horowitz report is coming out in May or possibly early June," Joe diGenova, a former U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, said. He was referring to Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz's Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act investigation.
"There’s another report that everyone has forgotten about involving James Comey alone," diGenova said. "That will be out in two weeks. That report is going to be a bombshell. It is going to open up the investigation on a very high note, and there are going to be criminal referrals in it."
He did not elaborate on what report he expects out in two weeks and how he came to find out about the timeline for its release.
U.S. Attorney John Huber is conducting an investigation into FBI misconduct.
A March 2018 letter from Republicans in Congress asked then-Attorney General Sessions to appoint a second special counsel to look into “certain decisions made and not made by the Department of Justice and FBI in 2016 and 2017” which they believed showed “evidence of bias, trending toward animus, among those charged with investigating serious cases.” Instead of a special counsel, Sessions tasked Huber with this mission later in March 2018.
The status of his probe is not known.
Comey was criticized in the the Justice Department's inspector general report released in June that focused on the FBI's handling of the Hillary Clinton emails investigation. Comey was “insubordinate” and “affirmatively concealed” his intentions from Justice Department leadership during the investigation, the report found. The report also determined Comey departed from FBI norms and “affirmatively concealed” his intentions from then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch in holding the July 5 and Oct. 28 press conferences about the investigation. Still, the report did not find that Comey was biased in the FBI's decision about Clinton.
Comey was fired as FBI director by President Trump in May 2017.
In the Fox News panel discussion that also included Trump's lead attorney Rudy Giuliani, diGenova also spoke about a "scheme" to harm Trump. He singled out former CIA Director John Brennan, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former FBI General Counsel James Baker, and Comey.
"The problem for Brennan and Clapper and Comey and Baker and all of them now is the FISA Court has already communicated with the Justice Department about its findings," diGenova said, noting how the unverified dossier written by British spy Christopher Steele is a main factor.
"And their findings are that for more than four years before the election of Donald Trump there was an illegal spying operation going on by FBI contractors, four of them, to steal information — electronic information — on Americans and to use it against the Republican Party," he added. "There are going to be indictments. There are going to be grand juries. John Brennan is not going to need one lawyer. He’s going to need five."
DiGenova served as an independent counsel in the 1990s for a case on former President Bill Clinton's passport before he was elected. Last year, it was announced diGenova and his wife Victoria Toensing were joining Trump's legal team for the federal Russia investigation, but that plan was nixed within days.
He had been highly critical of special counsel Robert Mueller's Russia investigation, claiming that Trump had been "framed" by the Justice Department and the FBI.
