MSM and Celebrities “Stunned” The Mueller Report Ends With No New Indictments

Hey, you can’t fault them.

When you live in your own echo chamber for over two years, you might be surprised to learn the world is not exactly how MSNBC told you it must be.

Maybe, in fact, just maybe “Orange Guy Bad” is not really sufficient journalism.

Maybe, just maybe, Trump had no collusion with Russia!

Lefties….expand your mind!

You’re supposed to be “tolerant of all viewpoints” right?

How about trying to be tolerant of the truth?

Because it sure does appear like the Mueller Investigation is over and with not a single Trump indictment surrounding any Russia collusion!

The only indictments were of Russian spies and process crimes and perjury traps involving things that happened years ago and had no connection to Trump at all!

Why Do So Many Politicians Have Bruises Near Their Eyes Recently?

In fact, I do believe not a single American was indicted by Mueller on anything at all connected to Russia collusion!

The MSM and Celebrities have not taken the news very well, starting with Maddows bizzare rant about a trout:

From Fox News:

The mainstream media seemed to suffer a collective shock Friday evening after the office of Special Counsel Robert Mueller handed its final report of its Russia investigation to the Department of Justice.

MSNBC host Chris Matthews seemed livid that neither President Trump, his children, nor his “henchmen” would face any criminal charges from the special counsel.

“Maybe he missed the boat here,” Matthews said of Mueller. “Because we know about the Trump Tower meeting in June 2016, we know about the meeting at the cigar bar with Kilimnik [Konstantin Kilimnik, a Russian political consultant]. My God, we know about all of those meetings with Kislyak [Sergey Kislyak, a Russian diplomat] at the Republican convention in Cleveland. All these dots we’re now to believe don’t connect.”

The liberal cable news host was particularly upset that the president wasn’t indicted on obstruction of justice and never sat down for an interview with the special counsel.

“Why was there never an interrogation of this president? We were told for weeks by experts, ‘You cannot deal with an obstruction-of-justice charge or investigation without getting the motive. ... How could they let Trump off the hook?” Matthews asked. “He will not be charged with obstruction of justice or collusion without having to sit down with the Special Counsel Mueller and answer his damn questions. How could that happen?”

Matthews' primetime colleague, Rachel Maddow, was visibly emotional throughout her show.

Maddow kicked off by telling her viewers she was reporting live from Tennessee because she felt she needed to interrupt her vacation to address the breaking news. She appeared to be holding back tears.

"A couple of hours ago, or maybe even less than that, I was standing knee-deep in a trout stream in Tennessee," Maddow told her viewers. "But now it's Mueller time! And so I'm in a studio in the great state of Tennessee. The trout are basically just as safe as they were when I was flailing away at them ineffectually this afternoon."

Meanwhile, several personalities on CNN were forced to admit that the announcement of the Mueller report was a positive development for the president.

And even more from Fox News:

Following news that Special Counsel Robert Mueller has submitted his long-awaited report on the investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential race and possible collusion with Trump associates to Attorney General Bill Barr, celebrities flooded Twitter with their opinions about the report.

"Star Trek" star George Takei wrote: "No matter what Mueller’s report contains, we already know three things: Trump surrounded himself with felons, he obstructed justice on behalf of those felons, and he faces multiple federal and state investigations for other criminal activity. The wheel of justice has many spokes."

While "Charmed" alum Alyssa Milano said she wants Mueller's report to be made public. As of now, it's confidential.

Tweeted comedian Billy Eichner: "At this point I would not be surprised if the Mueller report ends with “oh and Eva Longoria did Watergate. Thank you.”

"The Mueller report is out! The question now is...how low will this Barr go?" Jim Carreywrote.

Actor Ike Barinholtz said: "I wonder if the Mueller report will have anything REALLY explosive in it, like Donald Trump standing in front of reporters and asking Russia to hack Hillary Clinton's emails."

The report was delivered Friday afternoon to the Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein’s office and it was delivered to Barr’s office within minutes, a senior DOJ official told Fox News.

Mueller’s investigation, which was initially ordered to look into the 2016 election in May of 2017, has gone on for almost two years. It has expanded to probe financial crimes of Trump associates before the election, conversations Trump’s national security adviser had with the Russians during the transition and whether Trump obstructed justice with his comments and actions related to the probe.

Mueller, the former director of the FBI under Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama, was appointed special counsel by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein in May of 2017. In his order, Rosenstein directed Mueller to investigate any links or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the Trump campaign, as well as any other matters that arose from the investigation.

As of now, Trump has not been briefed on the report according to White House press secretary Sarah Sanders' most recent statement.
