Bill O’Reilly Says Trump Will Prevail In Supreme Court Challenge To Emergency Declaration!

I really miss getting to hear from Bill O’Reilly each night on the Factor.

Isn’t it nice to get his opinion again?

He recently weighed in on Trump’s emergency declaration and the court battle that’s sure to follow, making clear that he believes Trump will prevail.

So do I.

Trump has the law and the facts on his side.

With two new Supreme Court judges recently appointed, that bodes well for him too, but I can’t help shaking the feeling that he might have a THIRD by the time this case hits the Supreme Court.

As President Trump laid out in his speech, they’ll first file suit in the 9th Circuit to challenge it.  Then it will undergo two rounds of appeals.  And only then will it hit the Supreme Court.

It’s unclear how long that all will take, but something in my gut tells me Trump may just get a third Justice on the bench by then.

Wouldn’t that be something?

Here's what Bill said:

Many agreed with him:

Bill had more to say on his website at BillOReilly.com:

President Trump did not explain the Democrat opposition to the border wall, the theory that the more foreign nationals who come to the USA, the more registered democrats there will eventually be.  That’s exactly what happened in California which is now a one party state.  That’s important for Americans to know.

The rest of his speech today was effective in putting forth the danger from the porous border.

There will be legal challenges to the declared State of Emergency but I believe the President will prevail.

I discuss all this with Glenn Beck today and you might find that posted conversation interesting.
