We might have just got another YES vote for Kavanaugh, and it’s a big one!

This might balance out some of the looney Republicans who can’t seem to figure out which party their on.

SIGN THE PETITION:  Tell Congress to Confirm Kavanaugh Now!!

Breaking reports are that Manchin will be voting to approve Kavanaugh, which is a very sensible position to take.

If you look at the previous Supreme Court appointees, votes were merit based, and often broke across party lines in favor of the candidate.

In order to keep his Senate seat in the red state of West Virginia, Manchin may be keeping with that tradition and voting yes.

Here are more breaking details, from The Daily Wire:

Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV), another potential swing vote in the Brett Kavanaugh confirmation, strongly signaled a “Yes” vote on Wednesday when he announced his reviewing process.

According to Manchin, he will base his vote on Kavanaugh’s life from age 22-53, not his life in high school, which Democrats have increasingly scrutinized in the past weeks amid allegations from Christine Blasey Ford that the SCOTUS nominee sexually assaulted her at a pool party 36 years ago.

“I am looking at the gentleman as an adult from 22 to 53, thirty-one years of professional service,” Manchin told Al-Jazeera. “I am looking at him as a father. As a person in a community, how he interacts with his community. I am trying to put the human side to it.”

Should Manchin vote “No” on Kavanaugh, he will severely anger his West Virginia constituents, who favor his confirmation to the Supreme Court by an overwhelming majority — a healthy 58%.

Anticipatin the "yes" vote, leftist protestors did what leftist protestors do, they assaulted Manchin.

Take a look, from The Hill:

Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.), a potential swing vote in Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court confirmation, was confronted by a protester who said she was a victim of sexual assault and demanded to know how he would vote.

“I don’t understand how you can’t look me in the eye,” the protester said, to which Manchin can be heard responding “I can,” in a video recorded by ABC News.

“Why are you going to vote 'yes' on this,” the protester asked Manchin.

Manchin has so far not indicated how he would vote.

“How do you know how I’m going to vote,” Manchin responded.

He said he wouldn’t tell her how he intended to vote since he hadn’t yet decided. He also said he was listening to survivors of sexual assault when asked “How are you not listening to us as survivors?”

Manchin and Sens. Susan Collins (R-Maine), Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) and Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) have each not publicly stated how they intend to vote on Kavanaugh’s nomination.
