GEORGIA CASE: Team Trump’s Next Moves

President Trump is facing legal pressure from all sides. …

The story that has captivated national media attention is the New York grand jury case and the potential arrest of Donald J. Trump, but this is a bogus case.

Even if President Trump is arrested, there is just no way the sham Stormy Daniels charges will stick.

My wager is that the deep state and the establishment know that this is going to fail, so they’re focusing their efforts on the Georgia grand jury case—if they can’t get President Trump one way, they’ll try to get him another way.

There’s just one pesky problem for the deep-state actors and their leftist puppets. …Emily Kohrs.

In case you missed it, here’s Kohrs making an absolute disgrace of the grand jury process and the justice system in America:

Kohrs made headlines when she went on a slew of media appearances, in what has been deemed a ‘media circus’, her comments indicated a clear bias and a perfectly good reason for the defense to have all the evidence from the grand jury report thrown out.

This is exactly what President Trump’s legal team cited in their latest motion to quash the entire Georgia grand jury report:

According to The Epoch Times:

The grand jury, which was discharged in January, reportedly recommended indictments in its final report. In early February, the Fulton County Superior Court released a portion of the jury panel’s report, which did not include the list of names to whom indictments were recommended.

It is widely expected that DA Willis will bring charges against the former president alleging election interference. In his Monday filing, Trump’s attorney Drew Findling asked the court to quash the special purpose grand jury (SPGJ) report, preclude the use of any evidence from that investigation, and disqualify Willis’s office due to a conflict of interest.

National Review explains:

Lawyers Jennifer Little and Drew Findling wrote that the special grand jury “involved a constant lack of clarity as to the law, inconsistent applications of basic constitutional protections for individuals being brought before it, and a prosecutor’s office that was found to have an actual conflict, yet continued to pursue the investigation.”

The grand jury’s forewoman went on a media tour last month in which she said multiple people were recommended for indictment, but she declined to say who.

Other grand jurors have also spoken to the media. In the view of Trump’s lawyers, the forewoman’s media tour in particular “poisoned” the inquiry.

“The foreperson’s public comments in and of themselves likewise violate notions of fundamental fairness and due process and taint any future grand jury pool,” the pair wrote in the legal filing.
