House Democrats go Against Biden on Military’s Vaccine Mandate

In spite of Joe Biden’s best efforts, the House is set to repeal the military’s unconstitutional COVID-19 mandate.

House democrats are siding with republicans on this year’s defense policy bill.

The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) would repeal the vaccine mandate for service members.

This bipartisan bill would be a big defeat for the Biden Administration.

While this would result in removing the mandate itself, it would not reinstate those who were discharged for refusing the experimental vaccine.

This is something many hope changes.

Fox News reports on this breaking development:

Congressional Democrats are set to hand President Biden and the White House a defeat on Tuesday by including language within the annual defense policy bill that repeals the coronavirus vaccine mandate for U.S. troops.

Fox News has learned that the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) will include a provision repealing the COVID-19 vaccine mandate for service members. The bill is expected to be released Wednesday and be voted on by the House later this week.

While the bill will remove the vaccine mandate for U.S. troops, it will not reinstate service members who were discharged or had their benefits slashed for refusing to be immunized against the coronavirus.

This comes after Kevin McCarthy promised to lift the military mandate:

Our friends at Daily Wire have more on the bipartisan bill:

House Democrats are going to defy President Biden by joining House Republicans to jettison the requirement for military service members to get the COVID vaccine, according to a new report.

The National Defense Authorization Act, the annual defense policy bill, will repeal the COVID vaccine mandate for members of the military; it will be voted on by the House on Friday.

While the bill would remove the vaccine mandate for U.S. troops, it would not reinstate service members who were discharged or had their benefits slashed for refusing to be immunized against COVID.

The White House may not like this development, but most everyone else does:
