Mike Lindell Just Hired Super Lawyer To Sue The FBI!

Mike Lindell has just declared that he’s suing both the Department of Justice and the FBI.

In an interview with Steve Bannon, Lindell stated that he’s suing both the “United States government and the FBI.”

Lindell would go on to say that he’s using famed attorney Alan Dershowitz to sue the US government.

Dershowitz has represented some high-profile clients such as Mike Tyson, OJ Simpson and in 2020 he represented Trump during his impeachment trial.

He concluded his remarks by saying  “We’re not gonna be the Gestapo like in Nazi Germany .. We’re gonna go places where no man has gone before!”

Lindell’s lawsuit against the DOJ and FBI comes just two days after the FBI seized his phone at a Hardee’s drive thru.

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell announced on Thursday that he is suing the U.S. government and the FBI because his phone was seized as part of a grand jury investigation into Colorado election meddling.

Lindell told conservative podcaster Steve Bannon that he was employing “the best lawyers in the country,” including Alan Dershowitz.

“What can we do with the seizure of my phone and this FBI corruption?” Lindell said. “We are suing — you’re hearing it here first, everybody — we’re suing the United States government and the FBI.”

The pillow executive contended that his constitutional rights had been violated.

“My First, Fourth and Fifth Amendment rights were broken,” he said. “We’re not going to put up with this. We’re not going to be the Gestapo like in Nazi Germany.”

“Take a phone away of a private citizen, their company phone!” Lindell complained. “And their hearing aids, everything else. Everything I had was in that phone! All these businesses. MyPillow, MyStore, FrankSpeech, passwords to be able to do money wires that I can’t do right now. Those aren’t in any cloud!”

Mike Lindell RAIDED by the FBI!

Mike Lindell, also known as “the pillow man,” has been raided by the FBI, according to a video he posted online.

Folks, here’s why this is alarming:

When President Trump was raided, what did we say?

We said, “If they can do this to a former president of the United States, then they can do that to anybody — including you.”

And it looks like our prediction is coming true.

Mike Lindell isn’t a politician.

He’s never held office.

He’s a hard working American just like you and me.

And yet he’s beed targeted and raided by the FBI.

Listen to what Mike himself has to say:

Mike Lindell was at Hardees.

That’s when FBI agents SURROUNDED him as though he was a violent criminal.

They didn’t approach him calmly.

They approached him with a show of force and intimidation.

And then they took his cell phone.

According to Zero Hedge:

While heading home from a hunting trip with a friend, Lindell said he was at a Hardees in Minnesota when “cars pulled up in front of us, to the side of us and behind us, and I said ‘they’re either bad guys or the FBI,'” he said. “Well, it turns out they were the FBI.

“I can’t even imagine that you can take someone’s phone because they want me to be a witness in the Tina Peters case. But I’m not a witness, they just want my phone.”

Lindell is the latest Trump ally to receive a warrant or subpoena by the FBI. Last week, the Biden DOJ hit dozens of Trump aides and allies with subpoenas as part of their investigation into efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 US election over claims of fraud that handed Joe Biden the White House, as well as the run up to the January 6, 2021 Capitol riot.

Interesting how the Biden DOJ waited more tha 18 months – right before midterms – to initiate legal action against Trumpworld. And Biden said he wouldn’t weaponize the Justice Department.

If this isn’t persecution, I don’t know what is.

President Trump must be the real deal for the Establishment to hate him so much.

Fortunately, Tucker Carlson picked up this story.

This should put some heat on the FBI and the DOJ to stop the political witch hunt.

The FBI raided Mike Lindell and seized his cellphone, the MyPillow CEO reported on his livestream on Tuesday.

“Tucker Carlson Tonight” reported the details:

“I told you last night that the Biden administration has politicized law enforcement to the point where it feels Soviet,” Tucker Carlson led. “And we were not overstating it. The FBI has just raided the guy who sells pillows on this channel. Not because the pillows were bad, but because they don’t like who we voted for.”

“Tucker, Mike Lindell, known as the MyPillow guy reports on his livestream, Lindell TV, that FBI agents located him, questioned him, showed him their badges and asked him questions about Colorado and Dominion Voting Machines, and then provided him with a warrant to seize his cell phone,” Matt Finn reported.

“And he says ‘we’re FBI,'” Lindell say in the clip. “He says, ‘show me your badges.’ So they showed one badge. They said, ‘how about yours’? You know, I’m ’cause I don’t trust anybody. Like, you know, they’re bad people. Well, they do that. And they said, what do you want? And, and says, we need to talk to you. So I pull over…”

“Mike Lindell said he initially told those agents, he would not surrender his phone because he does not have a computer and runs all of his businesses off of that phone,” Finn continued. “Lindell published on his livestream what he claims was the warrant for that phone. We do not have Lindell’s account confirmed right now, but we will be looking into it and keeping you updated.”

Tucker Carlson called the FBI raid of Mike Lindell “peak insanity” and added “this can’t continue.”
