Kari Lake appears to be one of those patriots.

She released a statement condemning the federal government, and suggesting the use of the 10th Amendment to disarm and dismantle the corrupt FBI.

“This is one of the darkest days in American history,” her statement began.

She then pointed out that the government, which is “rotten to the core,” has turned on its people.

According to Lake, there is but one option:

“The 10th Amendment can and will save our Republic and the road to stripping the Feds of power travels right through Arizona.”

What is the 10th Amendment?

The 10th Amendment simply says that any powers that aren’t mentioned in the Constitution as belonging to the government belong to the states themselves. It was ratified as part of the Bill of Rights on December 15, 1791.

It states that any powers that the Constitution does not give to the federal government are the states’ responsibility.
