Dershowitz Has Bad News For Bannon Prosecutors

The deep-state lynch mob strikes again…

At this point, we live in two-separate countries, there is no bipartisan anything except for a broad-running scam to subjugate the people of the United States. The unholy collusion of the duopoly.

Bipartisanship, or even ignoring personal politics for the country’s greater good, or for serving justice, is a myth.

Human beings are human beings, and when you get a jury that is 94% Democrat, a jury probably comprised of ‘97% Trump-haters’ as Alan Dershowitz puts it, of course, they’re going to convict Steve Bannon.

That is not a fair jury, and Dershowitz goes on to say that the judge essentially left Bannon defenseless by not affording him a jury trial.

According to Dershowitz, this is unconstitutional and he believes that an overturn of Bannon’s conviction is very likely. Dershowitz recently told Greta Van Susteren of Newsmax:

Newsmax reports:

“There was never a chance he could be acquitted for two reasons,” Dershowitz said during “Wake Up America” Saturday.

“First, in the District of Columbia, 80%-90% of the people hate Trump or anybody who worked with him. Number two, the judge took away all of his defenses.”

NBC News had more on the recent contempt verdict against Bannon:

The jury returned the verdict after deliberating for less than three hours in what prosecutors presented as a straightforward case.

“This case is not complicated, but it is important,” Assistant U.S. Attorney Molly Gaston told jurors during closing arguments on Friday.

She argued that Bannon “did not want to recognize Congress’ authority” or play by the government’s rules.
