Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas (Reform) resigned and disbanded the sitting minority government on Thursday morning. Kallas handed a resignation notice to President Alar Karis at Kadriorg Palace in order to start the formation of the new Reform/Isamaa/SDE coalition.
