Most people didn’t realize Stacey Abrams had taken time from her career as an erotic novelist to run for governor of Georgia. After all, she’s experienced very little if any success as a political candidate.
She’s muddled around on the state senate level for years and her last bid for governor ended with a loss. It’s not for lack of trying though. The left has propped her up as the future of the party for years. Every mainstream media outlet has told us America should be learning from her.
Well, it looks like another supporter has emerged to try and push Abrams over the top in this year’s election season. Our good friend, the billionaire philanthropist, George Soros. Hot Air has more on this:
Billionaire George Soros donated $1M to Stacey Abrams’ gubernatorial campaign just a few days after she qualified to run in March. He donated the funds through a super PAC. Soros made the donation through Democracy PAC II to One Georgia, Abrams’ leadership PAC.
Technically, due to recent Georgia election guidelines, she can’t spend it till she’s the party’s nominee.
Last month U.S. District Judge Mark Cohen ruled that Abrams cannot raise money through a leadership committee until she wins the Democrat Party nomination. She is running unopposed.
Looks like Democrats are trying to make Abram’s path to the nomination easier this time around. Running unopposed is an odd occurrence, especially in a state as large and diverse as Georgia. It’s almost as if, this was planned.
Soros seems to be more determined than ever to sway the outcomes of elections this November.
There are limits to how much an individual or business can contribute to a candidate. Leadership PACs get around those limits. They can raise as much money as they can for a candidate. This year Soros is giving his super PAC, Democracy PAC II, $125M to sway elections across the country. He is contributing to both Democrat groups and candidates in the 2022 midterm election cycle. Democracy PAC II is run by his son.
That’s a lot of money. It’s no wonder Abrams got the funding she did, after all, Soros and his son have been keeping in touch with her since the last election.

I suppose knowing you have a million dollars in the bank makes it easier for you to raise money for noble causes you believe in. Abrams has “taken a pause” on raising money for herself so she can get money for those that support abortion.

For those that may not be aware, a large part of Soros’ mode of operation is to keep abortion in place within America. How odd.
Soros and Abrams team up to raise money for causes. The billionaire socialist and the sore loser Democrat are currently raising money for abortion groups in light of the leaked draft document from the Supreme Court. Between 2016 and 2020 Soros gave over $25 million to abortion groups.
25 million over the course of 4 years is a lot of money. I guess the term “hands off my uterus” does not apply to people wanting to forcibly take babies from your body or if you are paying millions of dollars.
All of this is coming to light at just the right time. Abrams has been identified in the Dinesh Desouza documentary “2000 mules” as being instrumental in the outcome of the presidential election in Georgia.

Also interesting to note is how her net worth has seemingly expanded over a few short years. I doubt those are because of book sales.

This begs the question, why is the Left so intent on this woman getting into power? Why are they pulling every lever they can to make sure the path is made clear for her?
