Guess Which Country Finally Released a COVID-19 Campaign That Promotes Healthy Diet, Exercise & Sunlight Exposure

Before I got into writing/reporting, I went to university for health and fitness. Speaking from this background, COVID-19 hysteria was the biggest missed opportunity to improve global health.

In fact, observing the unhealthy policies instituted by governments was the best indicator that it was indeed a “Plandemic.”

Governments pushed the opposite of a healthy diet, weekly exercise, sunlight exposure, limited stress, and proper sleep.

What started in 2020 was a psychotic campaign of stress-inducing fear, orders to isolate inside your house, social distancing, and at-home delivery of junk food.

And let’s not forget those hideous, disgusting face diapers that slowly deteriorate your health.

Had governments advocated a nutritional diet, exercise, and vitamin D consumption, citizens would have the tools to ward off COVID-19 and other pesky illnesses.

What’s more baffling is clear evidence stating the detrimental effects of obesity and vitamin D deficiency on severe COVID-19 complications.

As CNBC noted:

An overwhelming majority of people who have been hospitalized, needed a ventilator or died from Covid-19 have been overweight or obese, the CDC said in a new study Monday.

Among 148,494 adults who received a Covid-19 diagnosis during an emergency department or inpatient visit at 238 U.S. hospitals from March to December, 71,491 were hospitalized. Of those who were admitted, 27.8% were overweight and 50.2% were obese, according to the CDC report. Overweight is defined as having a body mass index of 25 or more, while obesity is defined as having a BMI of 30 or more.

The CDC said that around 78% of people hospitalized, placed on a ventilator, or died from COVID-19 were overweight or obese.

Not once did I see any governments promote a healthy diet and exercise to limit excess weight and reduce the risk of chronic illness.

Another glaring statistic was the number of COVID-19 deaths from individuals that had a vitamin D deficiency.

Instead of governments telling us to go outside and gain regular sunlight exposure, they told us to save lives by staying home.

We would have saved more lives by going outside and boosting our vitamin D levels.

While it took long enough, one government has FINALLY promoted healthy lifestyle principles to prevent COVID-19 deaths and hospitalizations.

That country is El Salvador.

President Nayib Bukele uploaded the country’s new ad campaign to Twitter last night.

Watch the common sense campaign below:

That’s how we save lives!

Every person takes individual responsibility for their health by practicing healthy lifestyle habits.

El Salvador’s campaign clearly states the fact the elderly individuals and those with co-morbidities have the highest risk of severe COVID-19 complications.

But unlike other nations,  El Salvador outlines a practical approach using a healthy lifestyle to counter the negative effects of COVID-19.

If all governments used this campaign the past two years to encourage citizens to pursue a healthier lifestyle, we’d have a healthier population and minimal impact from COVID-19.

But most governments don’t want a healthy populace.

They want you fat, stupid, lazy, fearful, and dependent on them for everything in your life.
