SCOTUS To Hold Special Session On Vaccine Mandate

A legal showdown in The Supreme Court now looms….

We recently saw Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate temporarily halted by the Fifth Circuit, yet in almost no time at all was reinstated by the 6th Circuit.

At the same time, roughly half of all states have either blocked Biden’s mandate outright, are posing legal challenges to his mandate, or both.

The fight against medical tyranny may come to a crescendo in the land’s highest court, or the fight may continue past their ruling.

This mandate is highly unpopular, ask yourself this: even if SCOTUS should rule that these mandates stand, are you really going to listen to them?

Are people just going to lay down and take the jab? We are at a boiling point right now as a country…roughly half the governors in the country are suing Biden over this.

Is this really going to go away if the court doesn’t rule our way? Really, really think and reflect on this point because from where I’m standing it doesn’t….it doesn’t just go away.

The people fighting this are incredibly invested in it, emotionally, spiritually, and on the activist front. This is the civil rights struggle of our time—it won’t just end if the court says it’s ok…

Periods and events in history, like the one we are living through now are precursors to secession, revolution and civil war… people always think it won’t happen until it does.

Don’t think it can’t happen here. Don’t think it can’t happen right now.

The Associated Press had more on the story:

The Supreme Court says it will hold a special session in just over two weeks to weigh challenges to two Biden administration policies covering vaccine requirements for millions of workers, policies that affect large employers and health care workers.

The high court’s announcement Wednesday that it will hear arguments in the cases Jan. 7 comes amid rising coronavirus cases and is an extraordinarily fast timeline. The court had not been scheduled to hear cases again until Jan. 10.

Just The News tells us:

Two cases against Biden’s business mandate were brought to Justice Kavanagh, who combined the cases and allotted one hour for arguments.

Petitioners in all cases requested for the mandate to be stopped. Rather than stopping the mandate, the justices are delaying a decision until after hearing the cases in January.
