I am not quite sure how CNN is still a news organization…
Numerous scandals have rocked the network, as a flurry of misinformation, defamation, and legal claims continue to be made against the legacy media outlet.
One of the many people CNN has allegedly levied false claims against is General Mike Flynn.
Flynn had his name dragged through the media in relation to the Russia collusion hoax, but no apologies were ever issued by the corporate media to General Flynn or his family…
In fact, CNN and other outlets doubled down and continued to attack General Flynn, labeling him a QAnon conspiracy theorist—a claim he vehemently denies.
Now General Flynn and his family are pushing back, and a federal judge recently gave them a big win in allowing their lawsuit against CNN to proceed:
District Court Judge Gregory Woods ruled on Thursday that he will allow relatives of General Flynn to proceed with a lawsuit against CNN.
CNN will now have to turn over its records and have reporters and producers involved sit for sworn depositions.

I absolutely LOVE seeing these media companies having their asses handed to them in court for the first time in a long time.
Congrats General Flynn!https://t.co/MV7imEkMuC

However, Woods said the portion of the Flynns’ suit that accuses CNN of painting the couple in a “false light” could proceed. That means the news network will have to turn over its records to Flynn and have reporters and producers involved in the production sit for sworn depositions.
“Whether the Flynns were QAnon followers, and in particular, whether the Flynns were ‘followers’ as that word is understood in the context of CNN’s publication, is a highly fact-intensive inquiry,” wrote Woods, an appointee of President Barack Obama.
General Flynn won’t court case allowing his family to sue CNN!
Sandman, Project Veritas, Flynn, Rittenhouse! BIG $$ to 1 already!
I think they’re fuq’d

“CNN Goes Inside A Gathering of QAnon Followers”
“The report included a brief clip of Lieutenant General Michael Flynn proclaiming, ‘Where We Go One, We Go All.’ Plaintiffs John P. (‘Jack’) and Leslie A. Flynn … are shown in the clip standing next to General Flynn.” 🧐

Washington Examiner provided more detail:
The Flynns categorically deny that they are QAnon followers.
Their status as private figures requires that they only demonstrate that CNN was negligent in the network’s portrayal of the couple, the report noted.
The legal team for CNN posited that Twitter posts from Jack Flynn, Michael Flynn’s brother, demonstrate that he followed critical doctrines of QAnon, according to the case.
