REFUSAL To Cooperate: PA County REFUSES To Hand Over Machines For Audit

Here we go again….

Everyone remembers Maricopa County’s audit at the outset. Maricopa County just wouldn’t cooperate, they kicked and screamed until they were forced to comply with the audit.

Even after they were forced to comply, they still never fully cooperated!

Sources are reporting that router passwords are still being withheld, 40% of the machines haven’t even been turned over, and Maricopa County officials tried to derail the audit the entire way through.

Now we are seeing the exact same behavior in Tioga County Pennsylvania—who would have thought it?

It looks like county officials in Pennsylvania are about to start playing the same games we saw with Maricopa County’s Board of Directors, and Democrats in Arizona.

Why not just cooperate if they have nothing to hide?

Why are they so focused on trying to stop this audit? If we are truly conspiracy nuts with zero evidence, they should help in every way they can with the audit, and then make a complete mockery of us in front of the world when we come out wrong.

If I knew I was 100% right, and my enemy 100% wrong I would invite them to audit, not block off every single audit they tried to push forward.

One of three counties targeted by a Pennsylvania state lawmaker for an Arizona-style “forensic investigation” of the state’s 2020 presidential election sought by former President Donald Trump will not allow third-party access to its voting machines.

The three commissioners in rural Republican-controlled Tioga County made the decision.

The county’s solicitor, Christopher Gabriel, said Wednesday that the thrust of state Sen. Doug Mastriano’s request for cooperation for his undertaking – under the threat of a subpoena – involves access to Tioga County’s voting machines.

Washington Examiner went more in depth:

“We can’t be in a position where we don’t have the election machines because we have to run the next election, these are extremely expensive machines, and our position is we need to follow the direction that [acting Secretary of State Veronica Degraffenreid] has given us,” the county’s solicitor, Christopher Gabriel, said Wednesday.

Degraffenreid’s memo said the state would not reimburse any cost of replacing equipment in counties that break with the directive. This comes after state Rep. Doug Mastriano, in his capacity as the chairman of the Intergovernmental Operations Committee, sent letters to Philadelphia, York, and Tioga counties last week as part of an Arizona-style inquiry looking for evidence of fraud.

He set a deadline of July 31, threatened to pursue subpoenas if they don’t comply, and said other counties could be added depending on what is found in the review.
