Hearing In Georgia Audit Case Will Take Place TODAY!

My fingers are crossed…

Today a judge will decide whether or not to dismiss the case in Georgia alleging election fraud, yet I have almost no confidence that this judge will do the right thing.

Recent reports which have come out are pretty damning, and they definitely point to probable fraud in Georgia…..Raffensperger’s recent change of tune is also part of that evidence.

So, will this judge do the right thing?

Hopefully, but I’m not holding my breath.

Here is what we currently know:

The Associated Press writes:

A judge who last month ordered absentee ballots in Georgia’s most populous county to be unsealed as part of a lawsuit alleging fraud during the November election is now set to hear arguments over whether the case should be dismissed.

Originally filed in December, the lawsuit says there is evidence of fraudulent ballots and improper ballot counting in Fulton County. As part of the suit, the nine Georgia voters who filed it are seeking to inspect some 147,000 absentee ballots to determine whether there are illegitimate ballots among them.

The ballots and scanned ballot images are kept under seal in the custody of the clerk of Fulton County Superior and Magistrate courts. Henry County Superior Court Chief Judge Brian Amero, who is presiding over the case, in April ordered the court clerk to release the scanned absentee ballot images. At a hearing last month, Amero ordered that the paper ballots themselves be unsealed so that the petitioners who filed the lawsuit can inspect and scan them.

The Atlanta Journal Constitution had more:

Attorneys for Fulton have argued that the case is a baseless and flawed attempt to use the courts to intervene in an election that was settled seven months ago.

Election officials have repeatedly said there’s no evidence of significant fraud, and two recounts validated the results. The secretary of state’s office is investigating over 100 complaints about last year’s general election, and even if all of them exposed invalid votes, Biden still would have won.

Amero previously ordered Fulton to unseal its absentee ballots so plaintiffs in the case could make high-resolution copies, enabling them to try to find fake ballots. The case is based on sworn affidavits from several Republicans who said they saw “pristine” ballots with perfectly filled ovals and no fold lines during November’s manual recount and audit.
