AG Merrick Garland may want to think twice before making any veiled threats against Arizona and their post-election audit currently going on.
Specifically, he’d better stay clear of AZ State senator Wendy Rogers.
Garland announced plans for the Justice Department to scrutinize the post-election audit in Arizona.
He claims that they will “publish guidance” to explain the civil and criminal statutes which apply to post-election audits, as well as early voting.
In response, Rogers gave a very clear message to Garland:
“You will not touch Arizona ballots or machines unless you want to spend time in an Arizona prison.”
