I couldn’t agree more.
General Flynn says that we really need to go back to the original vision that our forefathers intended for us, and he is right on the money.
We have all seen and read the countless stories detailing the corruption, the big government bureaucracy, and the D.C. ineptitude.
America was going the wrong way before Biden, but Biden sure isn’t helping things.
What happened to the days of liberty, self-reliance, and small government?
We used to champion values centered around liberty. The only thing I see going on now is the unlimited growth of government.

Western Journal showcased the op ed here:
Consider the effect of the Democrats’ dangerous threat to pack the Supreme Court if it does not bow to President Biden’s broad claims to executive authority in violation of the separation of powers. Explain why 20 of our 50 Republican senators voted to confirm Merrick Garland as attorney general — under whose leadership the Department of Justice just conducted an early-morning raid on the law office and apartment of President Trump’s former lawyer, Rudy Giuliani.
To fully appreciate how dangerous these recent developments are, only three months into the Biden administration, Americans must now revisit the original plan.
In 1788, Madison penned Federalist No. 51 to persuade the people of New York to ratify the Constitution. He explained the rationale for dividing federal power among three branches of government as “contriving the interior structure of the government” so that “its several constituent parts may, by their mutual relations, be the means of keeping each other in their proper places.”
All said, having three branches place checks and balances on each other to prevent an out-of-control government keeps imperfect humans from gaining too much power.
The Bradenton Herald had more to report on General Flynn:
“it’s a real serious time for the country,” Flynn said. “And I appreciate all the people who are out here today. It’s really, really important. Who we represent is the American patriot, the American citizen who are looking at our country and saying we got a lot of responsibilities that people are going to have to take to get our individual freedoms back.”
“I will tell you that there has been a shift over time,” Flynn said. “One of the parties, the party of progressives, they use soft words like ‘progressiveness’ or ‘liberalism,’ but all that means is socialism, Marxism, and communism. So we are at this point of divergence in this country. I witnessed this while I was in government, but I served my country the way I believed I needed to serve it and did it with all my heart.”
