If you speak out against election fraud it looks like people might think your crazy, literally!

In a ridiculous decision, the State Bar of Georgia has order attorney Lin Wood to undergo a physiatric evaluation.

The decision by the Stae Bar of Georgia came after two complaints rose against Lin Wood for his comments on Justice John Roberts and Mike Pence.

Lin Wood fired back at the State Bar of Georgia and said he would not take a psychiatric evaluation due to the fact it would violate his “First Amendment right to free speech”.

AJC News got the fulls scoop:

Atlanta attorney L. Lin Wood is in danger of losing his ability to practice law in Georgia.

The State Bar of Georgia acknowledged Friday it is investigating two complaints against Wood and has ordered him to undergo a psychiatric evaluation. Wood recently called for the execution of former Vice President Mike Pence and accused other officials, including U.S. Chief Justice John Roberts, of conspiring to cheat former President Donald Trump out of a second term, among other alleged transgressions.

But in an interview, Wood said he would refuse the State Bar’s order — a stance that could result in the emergency suspension of his law license.

“It will violate my First Amendment right to free speech,” said Wood, who has characterized his public statements as political hyperbole. “And if they do that and this harms me, then I will strongly consider suing them, and it will be a significant lawsuit.”

Forbes gave more details on the Bar’s decision to give Lin Wood a psychiatric evaluation:

The state bar “is proceeding with an inquiry pursuant to Bar Rule 4-104” against Wood, Chief Operating Officer Sarah I. Coole told Forbes in an email, confirming news first reported by Reuters.

That rule says “mental illness, cognitive impairment, alcohol abuse, or substance abuse, to the extent of impairing competency as a lawyer” are grounds for revoking an attorney’s license to practice law.

The rule stipulates the bar’s board may refer the matter to a mental health professional and conduct a mental health evaluation, and Wood said on Telegram Thursday night the organization told him they “would demand a mental health exam from me if I wanted to keep my law license.”

If the bar does formally request an examination, Wood said on Telegram Friday he “will respectfully decline to do so” because he is “of sound mind” and does not believe he’s violated any rules, adding he will “litigate the issue if necessary.”

In all honesty, the only people who should get psychiatric evaluation are Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi because they are the ones who are totally out of their minds right now.
