The National Defense Authorization Act Contains House Amendment H.R. 6395 That Would Prevent the President From Implementing The Insurrection Act!

Everyone keeps saying the Insurrection Act is Fake News.

If it’s so fake then why did the House have to introduce an Amendment in the new Defense Act trying to block President Trump’s ability to use it?

The National Defense Authorization Act a 5,893-page bill that President Trump hasn’t been shy about Vetoing has reportedly have had a sneaky provision that states it can ” Nullify the President’s use of the Insurrection Act”.

This information isn’t coming down from the grapevine but directly from Congress.gov.

According to Congress.gov H.R.6395 (The New Defense Act)  contains an amendment called H.Amdt.833.

Which states:

An amendment numbered 3 printed in House Report 116-457 to require certifications be made to Congress when the President deploys active duty military within the United States during civil unrest by amending the Insurrection Act in Title 10, Chapter 13 of U.S. Code.

Congress literally tried to play the American public and the President as fools.

All we been hearing from the House is how this new Defense Act will give raises to our American troops but they have refused to reveal the fact this new Defense Act will prohibit President Trump from using the Insurrection Act.

The Bill was first voted for in July but has since been Ammended in the new Defense Act.

This has many patriots in an uproar including Trump’s attorney Lin Wood.

Notice  Congress.Gov  conveniently didn’t let the people know the Insurrection Act got amended in their fluff opening statement.

Lawmakers were probably hoping that the 5,000-page documents would keep people away from actually reading it.

Providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 6395) to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2021 for military activities of the Department of Defense and for military construction, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes; providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 7027) making additional supplemental appropriations for disaster relief requirements for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020, and for other purposes; providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 7327) making additional supplemental appropriations for disaster relief requirements for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020, and for other purposes; and providing for consideration of the Senate amendments to the bill (H.R. 1957) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to modernize and improve the Internal Revenue Service, and for other purposes.

The Insurrection Act by definition is ” is a United States federal law that empowers the President of the United States to deploy U.S. military and federalized National Guard troops within the United States in particular circumstances, such as to suppress civil disorder, insurrection, and rebellion”.

So when Congress limits the President’s power they are going directly against the Constitution.

The President shouldn’t have to submit certifications to Congress and have a pow-wow with them, the Insurrection Act is meant to be used at a moment’s notice.

Friends we got completely blindsided by this one, but President Trump has already said he will Veto this Bill, and now we all see why.

Our President is always two steps ahead,  my friends.
