The REAL Reason Dominion And Smartmatic Are Threatening Attorney Sidney Powell

Dominion sent a threatening letter to Attorney Powell, demanding that she cease and desist allegations made against them.

Who attempts to intimidate witnesses and officials alike before thier due day in court?

Gangsters, thugs, criminals……people who have clearly done wrong, and now fear the long arm of the law.

If Dominion voting systems truly has nothing to hide, then why the cheap intimidation tactics? why the empty threats?

Sydney Powell seems to have struck a nerve in these people, she of course is not backing down, nor retracting her statements, she instead lawyered up with none other than star attorney Lin Wood.

Wood is an expert in defamation/libel law.

Here is what we could dig up:

The Gateway Pundit reported:

Dominion Voting Systems sent a threatening letter to Attorney Sidney Powell demanding a retraction of her “defamatory” accusations.

Dominion is very upset with the allegations that the Dominion machines were flipping ballots from Trump to Biden something that was proven in court earlier this week!

And there are at least five videos of voting machine companies flipping votes from Trump to Biden on live TV on election night.
This has never been explained.

NTD News came through with more details:

Wood, who successfully defended a number of high-profile individuals in defamation lawsuits, posted an email response to J. Erik Connolly with Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP, the firm representing Smartmatic. Wood also posted the letter the firm sent to Powell that had demanded the retraction.

In the letter, Wood wrote that he “carefully reviewed your letter on December 15, 2020. I am not impressed. Ms. Powell retracts nothing.”

“File your lawsuit,” he added. Wood’s message was re-tweeted by Powell on Sunday to her more than 1 million followers.

The Epoch Times reached out to Connolly for comment about the letter.

According to what appears to be a copy of the law firm’s letter (pdf) to Powell, it said she “engaged in a concerted disinformation campaign against Smartmatic” and “appeared on numerous news networks, including but not limited to, Fox News, Fox Business, and Newsmax, and told millions of viewers that Smartmatic was created under the direction of Hugo Chávez, that its software was designed to fix elections, and that Smartmatic conspired with others to defraud the American people and fix the 2020 U. S. election by changing, inflating, and deleting votes.”
