20 House Republicans Now Demanding Bill Barr Investigate “Suitcase Fraud” in Georgia

The “suitcase fraud” video in Georgia appears to be a gamechanger.

Yesterday, we told you about raw video from Georgia showing secret ballots being counted late at night.

Trump campaign attorney Jenna Ellis even appeared with Maria Bartiromo to tell her that this “Georgia video is a gamechanger.”

Now…

Republicans are finally beginning to stand up for President Trump.

The tides are turning.

As of this writing, 20 House Republicans are DEMANDING that Bill Barr investigate the Georgia video.

This appears to be highly damning evidence of strategic and systemic election fraud, observers claim.

The Washington Examiner has more details on the letter and those who signed it:

December 4, 2020

The Honorable William Barr
Attorney General U.S. Department of Justice
950 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW
Washington, D.C. 20530

Dear Attorney General Barr,

Two pillars of a successful republic are election integrity and confidence in our democratic processes. As Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger revealed Monday, his office is investigating multiple organizations attempting to register illegal and invalid voters in Georgia. [1] As the Georgia Secretary of State’s office lacks prosecutorial power, we ask that the Department of Justice simultaneously investigate and prosecute this illegal behavior under federal law. Additionally, we ask that you use your authority as Attorney General to issue a preliminary order preventing any organization from registering illegal and invalid voters in the upcoming January 5th Georgia U.S. Senate Runoff Elections.

By way of background, these organizations stand accused of registering a deceased Alabama voter, encouraging illegal voting by out of state residents, as well as knowingly sending Georgia voter registration applications out of state – as far as New York.[2] Allegedly, Operation New Voter Registration Georgia encouraged college students to temporarily change their residency so that they could vote in the runoff election,[3] which is illegal under multiple federal statutes. See 252 U.S.C. § 10307(c) & 18 U.S.C. § 371. Reportedly, Vote Forward attempted to register a dead voter,[4] which is also illegal under federal statute. See 52 U.S.C. §§ 10307(c), 10307(e), 20511(2). America Votes and the New Georgia Project, founded by Stacey Abrams, both are accused of sending voter registration application to invalid addresses.[5]

Federal law gives the Attorney General the authority to issue preliminary relief when there are reasonable grounds to believe that any person is about to engage in any election offense. See 52 USC § 10308(d). [6] We strongly urge you to use your authority as Attorney General to issue a restraining order or temporary injunction preventing organizations from registering illegal and invalid voters in the upcoming election. Swift action is needed to ensure that illegal votes do not dilute the rights of legal voters.

Lawmakers in Georgia are now hearing more “bombshell allegations.”

With so much new evidence coming out, the state MUST NOT rush to re-certify results.

Why aren’t they calling for an audit?!

According to local CBS 46 News:

Thursday, a Georgia Senate Judiciary subcommittee heard new jaw-dropping allegations of alleged election fraud in the state from several people including President Donald Trump’s attorney, Rudy Giuliani.

The supposed video tape evidence alleges proof of ballots being counted without oversight. A subcommittee comprised of both Republicans and Democrats held a hearing at the State Capitol for perhaps the biggest bombshell presented to lawmakers from inside State Farm Arena.

For the first time, the president’s legal team, led by Giuliani, presented surveillance video from the state’s larges voting center. The video allegedly shows people taking out at least four boxes of ballots from underneath a table, and then counting them after hours with no election supervisors present.

“The same person that stayed behind, the person that cleared the place out under the pretense that we are going to stop counting is the person who put the table there at 8:22 in the morning. I saw four suitcases come out from underneath the table,” Attorney Jacki Pick said.

It is believed that each box consisted of about 6,000 ballots. If accurate, that would amount to about 24,000 potential votes. However, at least one state lawmaker questioned the validity of the video.

“The question is since this has been debunked repeatedly what evidence can you give to us that counters what our elections officials have presented us with only an hour ago,” the lawmaker asked.

Attorney Pick responded, “You just saw it, your officials need to watch the video.”

Giuliani and his team also introduced witnesses to verify additional fraud. Each witness claimed to have signed sworn affidavits.

Unless a full, thorough investigation is done, the majority of Trump voters will not trust the election results.

We should want transparency and integrity in our elections.

If Democrats have nothing to hide, then why are they so against the audits?

If Joe Biden actually won fair and square, then PROVE IT with an honest audit!

It’s not that difficult!
