How is this allowed?
Are you kidding me with this?
I truly don't understand how someone who is clearly so biased as this can hold such an important position as Attorney General in such an important state as Pennsylvania.
Is this election interference?
Is this election tampering?
At th every least, is it showing he will not be fair and impartial?
Folks, just take a look for yourself:
Come on, man!
The Washington Examiner had more on the story:
Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro came under fire for comments he made about the state's presidential election results.
"If all the votes are added up in PA, Trump is going to lose," Shapiro tweeted Saturday. "That’s why he’s working overtime to subtract as many votes as possible from this process."
"Before a single vote has been counted, Pennsylvania’s Democrat Attorney General is declaring that Biden has already won and promising to litigate the state into Biden’s corner," Federalist co-founder Sean Davis said.

Matt Whitlock, a senior adviser for the National Republican Senatorial Committee, criticized Twitter for not flagging Shapiro's tweet like it has done with tweets, predominantly from Republicans, alleging that accepting ballots after Election Day will increase voter fraud.
Shapiro did not assert that Biden had already won Pennsylvania. A spokesperson for Twitter told the Washington Examiner that Shapiro's tweet "is not currently in violation of Twitter Rules."
Twitter did not address Shapiro's claim that Trump is "working overtime to subtract as many votes as possible from this process."
According to Twitter's updated policy ahead of the election, "beginning on election night through the inauguration, we will label some Tweets that make claims about election results. We will be prioritizing the presidential election and other highly contested races where there may be significant issues with misleading information based on the below criteria." As a candidate in a 2020 election, Shapiro's account is eligible to be labeled.
The spokesperson added that Tom Fitton's tweet was labeled because it made a potentially misleading claim that could undermine confidence in the election.
Pennsylvania is a key battleground state for either candidate to pave a clear path to the White House with a number of factors in play that could affect the state's results.
Last week, the Supreme Court denied an attempt by Pennsylvania Republicans to roll back the state's deadline for accepting ballots. As it stands, ballots in the Keystone State will be counted as long as they arrive up to three days after Election Day and are postmarked by Nov. 3.
President Trump derided the decision after arriving in Charlotte, North Carolina, on Sunday for a campaign rally.
